In
United Nation General Assembly Pak tried hard to declare India as Terrorist’s
Nation. Pak started getting sympathy of
International community to bring some of the permanent members of UN in its favour
and may speak from its side.
My view
point as a Journalist in this matter is crystal clear though it may not
accommodate in the minds of the Slave Journalists of Media houses like Zee
News, Aaj Tak and India News, which long back I expressed after the formation
of Terrorists supportive Government at Centre in India I had pointed out through
my article A Muslim hanged by terrorists on 6th day of March 2015.
At this
juncture also my view may upset the taste of the Government of India, Sangh and
their all wings and of course the people those who supported the terrorism,
barbarism, bomb blasts and carry out attacks on another sovereign nations by
the non-state actors in collusion of the Government of India and may not be suitable to them. But their agree or disagree of my viewpoint
is irrelevance and it will not change the fact, which I have stated several
times in debates, public discussions and in my articles that India is going on
the line of terrorism and Government of India supporting the act of Terrorism;
several new bases and training camps starts functioning after 2014.
Further I issued the intelligence warnings to the Government of India if
it fails to act on Terrorists or dismantled their training centre then; it
would be international community to dismantle them after Drown attack over
them. My views may not be suitable to
the good taste of the Sanghi Terrorists and their all wings but it will be
appreciated to the persons those who care for the humanity. Such types of people may not come in direct
support of me because of threat of life to them from Terrorists or Government
Agencies but they at least realised that something may happened good for future
and there would be full stop on growing Saffron terrorism in India.
Indian
terrorists not only involved in terror acts in India but they involved internationally
in bomb blasts in countries like London, Kuwait, Iran and Pakistan and they are
involved in the persecution, torture and killing of Muslims in India. First
ever such types of terrorist’s attack was started from Poona and land of
Marathas become wet from the blood and evident the killing of 24 year old
Computer Tech Mohsin Sadiq Shaikh who become the first prey of lynching by the
group of 20 to 25 terrorists on the false, frivolous and bogus charges that he
portrait Shivaji, Bal Thackrey in wrong context and shared on Social
Media. Though Mohsin don’t have any link
with the incident of sketch the portraits, in fact it was the Hindu man who portrait
the mischievous contents, later on he handed over to the police. After the incident of Mohsin Shaikh same modus
operendi adopted by Terrorists in the entire attacks carryout on single,
unarmed, innocent Muslim afterwards. Group
of 25 to 30 terrorists attacked and killed single Muslim in same fashion and
style as they adopted earlier on the false accusation such as

Cow Theft, Cow killing or beef controversy
2.
Love Jihad
3.
Child Theft
4.
Dishonour of Hindu Gods
5.
For no reason.
I would
like to remind to the viewers that first ever terrorist of Independent India Nathuram Godse was trained in Poona and
all the planning to carry out terror attack on Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi the sculpture
of Independent India was planned in Poona.
Ironically,
it is very painful and situation to be worry that the aggrieved or victims are
not getting justice from Indian Judiciary and faith of the victimise families
that they will get justice in India is trembled after the formation of terror
Government in India 2014. Series of
verdict delivered by the Indian Judiciary which clearly evident the murder of
Justice after 2014 when Indian Parliament come under the cordon of Terrorists.
Verdict of not only
Metropolitan Magistrate but even Session, High Court or even Supreme Court
looked like given under temptations in terms of money or life threat or any
other reason whatsoever best known to the court and the Defendants or Accused.

As such there is no particular terminology
used for ‘Terrorism’ under Indian Penal Code but it is defined in
Internationally Code of Conduct as “Terrorism is defined in
Title 22 Chapter 38 U.S. Code § 2656f as premeditated, politically motivated
violence perpetrated against non combatant targets by subnational groups or
clandestine agents. A textbook definition of terrorism includes the following” which includes:-
1. Violence or threat of violence especially
against civilians in pursuit of political aims, religious or ideological
change.
2. To keep a particular part of society
“Minorities” in constant fear and threat which includes life threat, loss of
honour, loss of Chastity to their women, loss of property by the majority
community.
3.
To restrict the particular part of society to
get Education, Political gain, earning and to get legal opportunity and follow their religion.
4. It can only be committed by non-state actors or
undercover persons serving on behalf of their respective government.
5.
It includes to pass illegal legislation i.e.
crime that is inherently immoral or wrong.
United
Nation General Assembly adopted by Resolution 49/60 on December 9, 1994 on
International Terrorism which includes and described as “Criminal acts intended or calculated to
provoke a state of terror in the general public, a group of persons or
particular persons for political purposes are in any circumstance
unjustifiable, whatever the considerations of a political, philosophical,
ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked
to justify them”.
On terrorism United Nation Security Council
Resolution Number 1566 passed in the year 2004 wherein it is resolved “Criminal Acts, including against
civilians, committed with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury,
or taking of hostages, with the purpose to provoke a state of terror in the
general public or in a group of persons or particular persons, intimidate a
population or compel a government or an international organization to do or to
abstain from doing any act”.
Or
“Any act or threat of violence, whatever
its motives or purposes, that occurs in the advancement of an individual or
collective criminal agenda and seeking to sow panic among people, causing fear
by harming them, or placing their lives, liberty or security in danger, or
seeking to cause damage to the environment or to public or private
installations or property or to occupying or seizing them, or seeking to
jeopardize national resources”.
State Terrorism
“State terrorism has been defined as acts of
terrorism conducted by governments or terrorism carried out directly by, or
encouraged and funded by, an established government of a state (country) or
terrorism practiced by a government against its own people or in support of
international terrorism.”
“State terrorism”
“Is as controversial a concept as that of terrorism itself.
Terrorism is often, though not always, defined in terms of four
characteristics: (1) the threat or use of violence; (2) a political objective;
the desire to change the status quo; (3) the intention to spread fear by
committing spectacular public acts; (4) the intentional targeting of civilians.
This last element-- targeting innocent civilians —is problematic when one tries
to distinguish state terrorism from other forms of state violence.
As per international law as define the
terrorism above excludes “define terrorism to exclude
armed struggle for liberation and self-determination. This claim purports to
exclude blowing up certain civilians from the reach of international law and
organizations. It is central to interpreting every proclamation by the states
which have ratified these conventions in any UN forum purporting to combat
terrorism.” In that sense the term “Terrorists”
used by Indian Government and Indian Media persons for the freedom fighters in
Kashmir and Palestine is against the International law and UNO convention.
In the light of above
terminology as per the United Nation for “Terrorism”, India is absolutely fit
to declare as the Terrorist Nation. Terror
Attacks and Murder of Justice committed by the Indian Judiciary including the
Apex Judicial Authorities in India is matter of grave concern. I hereby support
the response of PAK Government in UN to declare India as Terrorists State to
seek the justice from International Community for Muslims of India which they
could not get even from Apex Court.
