How peace talk will progress.

I am an Indian living in India, but most of the time people become violent, vulgar and arrogant during the interaction because of my fact, straight forward speaking and writing. Some people suggesting me to be a diplomatic and ignorant over the mistakes of others while dealing with the people around me, even if their mistakes dent or destroy your prestige. Basically such types of suggestions come from the business class people who did not want to loose their revenue.  Still I could not change myself and developed firm determination that I will never overlook things based on the facts, and I will bring it in writing.  

This article is dedicated to the India and Pakistan relationship which is at the worst situation at the moment, specially when Pakistan is captured by the Jihadis and India by Hindu Terrorists. The relation between both the countries become more bitter after looking at the public demand. 

I have come across uncountable people right from my young hood to writing filed.  One thing I found common in every Indian;  their mentality changes into arrogant and become violent when the name of Pak come in discussion.  It is not the single case but almost every single Indian has got same venomous mentality. Relations become aggressive and violent after the partition of British India in the form of Pakistan in 1947.   Kashmir conflict and the numerous military actions between the two nations.  

Governments keep changing here and there but they could not settle the issues. To develop cordial relations between India and Pakistan are the basic agenda of the Government from both the sides because of its complex nature, but none of the government can solve the issues as such it is still stagnant on the peace talk. 

Pakistan was the part of India got independence in the year 14th August 1947 from British rule. Both India and Pakistan established the diplomatic relations on foreign affairs, but could not resolved the issue of Kashmir,  violent partition and numerous territorial claims which overshadow the India and PAK  relationship. Now after 1947 the core issue of Kashmir is still unresolved and since independence the two countries have fought three major wars.   The Kashmir conflict is the main center-point of all of these conflicts with the exception. 

After 1947 almost 69 years has been passed peace talks arranged on several occasions but Kashmir issue has not been solved.  In this row Agra Submit holding important position which was drafted on July 14, 2001 - July 16 2001 and arranged on basic agenda of Kashmir and reduce nuclear arsenals.  It was organized with the aim to resolve long-standing issues between India and Pakistan.   Negotiations broke down and the process was collapsed so the Agra treaty was never signed. Mr. Pervez Musharraf then President of Pakistan taunts on India for the failure of submit he says "some hidden hands behind the collapse of submit" 

Talks is meaningless and it will keep on going between the two countries without result if the hate and venom of the public is not removed.  As far as Pak people are concerned I don't have direct interaction with them. But Indians have acute hate, abhorrence and venom against Pak, Muslims and Islam. Forget the the general public but elected representatives of public i.e. MPs and MLAs have got venom against PAK. In election rallies BJP the terrorist supportive party of Hindus; exploits the name of Pak just to get the benefit of majority community to win the election. In TV debates any one can sense the hate and violent language of TV hosts, Defense Experts and public representatives in the form of politicians. India is following the principle of non violence of Gandhi only in books but it is indeed followed by PAK representatives who are polite, humble and non violent in their approach while attending the debate.  I have come across millions of Indian public and found the venomous mentality for all.

India-Pak can not become friends because of hate meter is very high.

Shall we call Pak a favorite nation.

Terrorism in Pakistan was a major and highly destructive phenomenon in recent years.   Terrorism rather Jihad moment against the non believers started in Pakistan after 9/11/2001 attack on America by Al-Qaida in collusion with Taliban.   The image of Pak destroyed severely amongst the international community.   Pak name deliberately dragged behind some attacks on Indian soil,  which were in fact carry out by Indian terrorists on its own soil.  This is only because of the bad tag have been given to Pakistan a disturbed country. 

But since from three years things are changing and reputation, credibility for Pak is increased drastically amongst international community.  It may improve the name of Pakistan from the index of most violent nations wherein Pakistan holding 9th position.  

Since from 2001 to date things are changing for India and Pakistan both. In 2001 India was considered as peaceful nation and Pak violent, but within the span of 16 years things are looking favorable for Pakistan and worst for India, specially after terrorists captured Indian Parliament the image of India being a secular and peaceful nation is destroyed very badly. Now Pakistan is becoming the popular nation in front of International community specially after the removal of contents of hate against Hindu and other minority community from text books, and include the Holi, Diwali as Public Holidays in Government Gazette.  But after terrorists captured the power in India they are moving on the path of saffronisation of education and in history books the contents are twisted which dents the image of Islam, Christians and Muslims. In Schools text books having acute hate and venom against Muslims and Christians.  Including some Hindu religious books, yog, astrology in education is the part of saffron education. 

Between the year 2001 to 2010 Pakistan involvement was not ruled out by any of the investigation agencies in terror activities on Indian soil. Now same is the situation with India. Latest Pakistan Government submitted all the proof in UN against the Indian involvement in terror activities on Pakistan.  Pak security agencies arrested three RAW agents who were deputed to carry out terror act on Pak soil. 

Government of India has passed several laws which affects the Minority community and may hamper their economy.

Indian Terrorists and way to Hindu Rashtra.

Indian Terrorist Organisation Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh RSS is registered in the year 1925 under the leadership of Keshav Baliram Hedgewar with sole intention to create India a Hindu Rashtra.  Baliram was the hardliner, terrorists and fascist mentality person.  Who did not believe in democracy but  he believed in anarchy. He belongs to orthodox Hindu family that is the reason his mentality developed in hardliner.   His well-being is not good because he lost his both the parents in his early young age. Hedgewar had developed terror mentality after the Hindu Muslim riots in 1920 and he was rusticated from British school on signing Vande Matram.   He learned the terror techniques of fighting from secret revolutionary organisations Anushilan Samiti and Jugantar in Bengal.

RSS is responsible for the bifurcation of India in several parts in the year 1947 only because of hardliner policy of RSS to declare India Hindu Rashtra India could not unified.  RSS is also responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi the father of nation.  The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh did not recognized the Tricolor as the National Flag of India, but it recognized the Bhagva Dvaj (Saffron Flag) as the national flag. RSS opposed the Tri Colour as the National Flag of India after the Tricolour was adopted as National Flag of India by Constituent Assembly on 22 July 1975 and demanded the National Flag of India should be Bhagwa Dhwaj (Saffron Flag).

Violence against Muslims in India after partition in the year 1947 was the basic agenda of RSS. There have been several instances of religious violence against Muslims after partition which become frequent practice and attack of Hindus on Muslims on petty matters just to kill their live hood and destroy economy.  But gradually RSS increased its tentacles and exceeds its more units in the form of Bajrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Durga Vahini the women warriors of terrorists, Cow Protection Wing and several others.  Basic act of these terrorists to oust minorities Muslims and Christians from India or convert them into Hinduism.  

 

After partition of India the basic targets of terrorists were Muslims and includes  Christians at later stage.  The first ever attack on Christians was the burning alive Christian Missionary father Graham Stuart Staines on 23 January 1999 and his two minor sons  Philip (aged 10) and Timothy (aged 6) who were burnt alive along with their father by the Bajrang Dal terrorist while they were sleeping in their car.  Bajrang Dal terrorist Dara Singh attack on the vehicle along with the strong mob and set the vehicle on fire mob could not allow the three to escape and  prevented even the children from escaping and burnt all three.

RSS registered in the year 1925 almost a century has crossed and now India is under the clutches of terrorists which open the way to declare India Hindu Rashtra.  Minorities basically Muslims, Christians have got no freedom of life and religion in Hindu Rashtra of RSS.  After Modi become Prime Minister of India who is the the follower of RSS and well known face behind the Genocide of Muslims in Gujarat state in the year 2002.  Modi was the main culprit behind the state sponsored terrorism against Muslims though he managed Indian Judiciary and come out clean to become the head of India.  Immediately become head of India he started releasing all the terrorists involved in the killing of Muslims in Gujarat.  He passed several laws which directly or indirectly affects to the Muslim economy and appeased to RSS as Hindu Rashtra.

Bharat Mata Ki Jai and my patriotism.

Last month Indian terrorist hard liner organisation RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat raised unconstitutional demand to make compulsory on everyone to chat slogan 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. On the unreasonable demand made by Bhagwat, Assaduddin Owasee the Chief of AIMIM resented and opposed the unconstitutional demand made by Bhagwat.  

Now there are Fatwas of Muslims seminaries first from Hyderabad Syed Ghulam Samdani Ali Quadri a religious figure and head of influential Islamic seminary Jamia Nizamia who issued Fatwa on Friday 18th March 2016 declaring that "reason" and Islamic "faith" do not allow Muslims to chant the slogan `Bharat Mata ki jai'.  

Second fatwa came from Darul-Uloom Deoband, the leading Islamic seminary of the India issued fatwa on Friday the 1st April 2016 that it is anti Islamic to say Bharat Mata Ki jai.  According to Islam Muslims can worship only single God and treating India as God or Mother is against the teaching of Islam and belief on single God. 

Hardliners in BJP can not digest the opposition in the policy even though it is unconstitutional how they can remain silence.  Fadnavis the CM of Maharashtra and a public servant said in a rally at Nashik 3rd April 2016 that those who are unwilling to say Bharat Mata ki Jai have no right to stay in the country.  Shiv Sena the ally of Government at Center and State of Maharashtra is in the front row over the issue stating that those who do not chat the slogan Bharat Mata Ki jai snatch the nationality from them. 

Hardliner BJP and Indian terrorists always suspect on the integrity and patriotism of Muslims on the petty matters and string in the matter.  No where in the constitution is mentioned to prove the love for national one should say Bharat Mata Ki jai.  It is all the game of BJP to mislead the public on the name of nation looking at the forthcoming elections in the state of Assam, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh.  This Government is failure in every front that is why the public servants and terrorists who are in the government and outside the Government brings the foolish and unfruitful subjects just to divert the mindset of public.  Such types of activities are on rise at the time of election only.  

I am Muslim and my religion do not permit me to say Bharat Mata Ki Jai and I will not say any such slogan which my religion do not allow me to say, and which is not mentioned in the constitution and legally bound to say so.  To say Bharat Mata Ki Jai does not increase and not to say decrease my love and affection to the nation.  

It is not necessary to prove my integrity, love and affection for the nation I will have to indulge in anti Islamic Acts. Love and affection is not the show off stuff but it is inner desire of the particular.  Advertisement products are always not good enough, terrorists and BJP who are making the issue of prestige over the slogan Bharat Mata Ki Jai they are worst offenders of law and they are all anti nation who are making their own nation week while dividing the society in two parts.
