Modi may affect the probe against him.

At last Hon’ble Supreme Court of India constitute a panel who will inquire the role of Modi in all the fake encounters which take place between 2002 to 2006. There are at least 25 to 30 encounters take place in Gujarat after 2002 communal riots, interestingly all the encounter are fake and 90% deceased are Muslim youths.

Certainly, it would be on the instance of Modi because police can not kill anybody without the consent of higher authorities, in Gujarat only one higher authority is there who is Narendra Modi.

However, upto when Modi is the head of the State and he is the Chief Minister there is possibility of miscarriage of Justice in Gujarat, Modi may affect the probe, he may threatened the Probe officers, he would like to wipe out his name from the ghost of encounters by hook or crook. Government machinery along with saffron elements may also affect the probe against Modi. In my letter ZAK/CJI/P/PM/ HM/LM/E/51 dated 26/06/2011, I rightly observed that Modi Government of Gujarat and saffron brigade is involved in miscarriage of justice, which is proved after when the IPS police officers faces action of highest value after testimony against Gujarat Government, which prove that Modi administration is involved in miscarriage of Justice and is liable to dissolve U/A 356.

RSS along with Bajrang Dal tried to conveyance Goverdhan Zadaphia not to testify in front of court against Modi for his role in Gujarat Muslim Genocide 2002.

Inquiry process of Fake Encounter of Ishrat Jahan alongwith 3 others could have completed one years back, but 3 to 4 IPS officers refused to accept the responsibility as Head of SIT. There is enough reason to understand that Modi Administration along with Saffron Elements are responsible for criminal intimidation of justice.

Modi and his cabinet are remain forward in all types of misdeeds, fairly speaking, in Gujarat especially upto when the fundamentalist forces are exists and especially Modi is the head of the State, we can not expect fair and constitutional way of trial in any matter. In fact Gujarat State is become a hub of communal disharmony. In Gujarat BJP is winning due to bad politics of Modi. Who won in the election only to show the fear of Islamic terrorism to the Guju people?

It is prayed:

1. Sack Modi, before inquiry starts against him.

2. Keep away Saffron Elements, Bajrang Dal, VHP from probe process.

3. Ban Bajrang Dal, VHP, RSS.

Dear Sir,

Then Prime Minister of India Mr. P.V. Narsimha Rao recognised Israel under the pressure of Sangh Parivar and BJP. Mr. Rao himself was the cadet of Sangh Parivar and the member of RSS.

There is no surprise to the Muslims of this country and Globe if BJP’s L.K. Advani or any member of hardliner group of Sangh Parivar would have gone to Israel and attended with the delegation, but it hurts the sentiments of the Muslims when a so called secular party “Congress” External Affairs Minister going to the Israel and described Israel and India as natural allies.

Israel is a Terrorist country who is involved in the Genocide of the Plaistine Muslims. Israel deserves the retaliation from Palestinians who are fighting to liberate their own country from illegal occupation of Israel. Palestinians are not Terrorists rather Israel is Terrorist nation and culprit of illegal occupation of Arab Land. Such a situation cannot be equated with terrorism. Indian Foreign Minister’s statement is painful, agonial to compare the liberation war of Palestine with Terrorism. Which may dilute the liberation process of Palestine and may hamper the peace process in Gaza.

Israel Spy Agency MOSSAD is involved in the murder of Hamas Leader in Dubai Hotel. Iranian Security as well as Dubai Security Agency testifies the hands of MOSSAD in the murder of Hamas Leader. Recent murder of Iranina Scientist in Blast is the outcome of MOSSAD but it is not terrorism. Shame on you Mr. Krishna, your statement is childish; I guess Mr. Krishna do not have proper knowledge of terrorism and patriotism.

Some burning questions I would like to ask from Government of India and Global Community

a. Indian army killing lakhs of civilians in KASHMIR, Not Terrorism.

b. When America takes 2 million lives in Iraq for oil, Not Terrorism.

c. When Serbs rape Muslim women in Kosovo/Bosnia Not Terrorism

d. When Russians kill 200,000 Chechens in bombings Not Terrorism.

e. When Jews kick out Palestinians and take their land Not Terrorism.

f. When Israel kills 10,000 Lebanese civilians due to 2 missing soldiers Not Terrorism.

g. When American drones kill entire family in Afghanistan / Pakistan Not Terrorism.

When Muslims retaliate and show you how you treat us: "Terrorism?"
How we have altered and equate the word Terrorism which is reserved only for Muslims. We are living in the civilized society where everybody have equal rights to live and carry out their occupation but why the word terrorism is reserved only for Muslims.

Now time has come for Indian Government to revise her foreign policy on Global Terrorism and diplomatic relations with Israel and ask Israel to vacate the illegal occupation of Arab land, ask NATO and allied forces to remove their base from Persian Gulf near Iraq, Iran.

If Indian Govt. is so keen to accept Israel as a friend and Indian Foreign Minister Mr. Krishna described India and Israel are fighting with Terrorism. Here is a suggestion to the Indian Govt. remove all Indians from Goa and accommodate Israeli people there and remove the name of Goa from Indian territory. Then I will ask the people of India and Indian foreign minister if their own people would not retaliate against the aggression. Palestine people retaliate because their land their country has been grabbed by the terrorist Israel.
