Muslims claim over Taj.

Dear Sir,

Last week Uttar Pradesh ethics follower and law abiding Muslim man and Minister Mr. Azam Khan created controversy over the claim of Muslim on Taj Mehal.  Khan Saheb stated central Government to handover the Taj Mehal to Waqf Board of Muslim Community; as King Shahajahan was the Muslim.  I am totally satisfied with the version of Khan Saheb and would like to go little ahead from the statement of Khan Saheb not only Taj Mehal but every monuments created by the Muslim Kings should be handover to the Muslims. 

Reason behind it the claim is very simple because archeological department could not maintain the monuments in proper manner. According to constitution of archeology no harm should be caused to these monuments, and no construction is allowed near to the monuments or inside the monuments the perpetrator will be punished and the quantum of punishment more particularly defined in IPC. But it would not be the matter of surprise that in every monument Hindu structure or temple constructed illegally. Charminar, Golkunda Fort, Dhar Jami Masjid, Shahi Masjid, Tipu Sultan fort, Tipu Sultan grave yard and almost every monuments one temple is constructed illegally and forcibly after the demise of the king or after independence of India. 

In front of Agra Fort of Akbar a big statue of Shivaji erected after 1996. Here I would like to ask Government of U.P. and India what was the contribution of Shivaji for Uttar Pradesh, he even could not concord Maharashtra fully, and spent his life on the mountains. At the time of his death he owned only one castle with him. Archeological department is not taking care on heritage monuments that is the reason Muslims wanted back monuments from Government. We will leave our claim if all the illegal structure constructed by Sanghis inside the Monuments or near to monuments demolish by the Government and give assurance in assembly to maintain the monument properly and take care with any type of damage henceforth.

On the demand of Khan Saheb Government of India wanted to divide the community into Shia and Sunni, Times group twisted the comment of Muslim scholar Qalbe Jawwad at Lucknow.  According to Nav Bharat Times and Times of india Shia scholar claim on the Taj Mehal because Mumtaz was Shia. Times of India spread cooked news and raised allegation on Muslim scholar he never claims for Taj to Shias.   There is no question of Shia and Suni, Taj should be given to Muslims that is all, either to Shias or Sunnis; both the sects are Muslims. Further stated by the prominent Muslim Scholar in Lucknow that Taj is heritage property of India and there should not be any politics.  OK I agree with the version of Prominent Muslim scholar and we Muslims will abide by his version that Taj is Heritage of India and there should not be any politics. Reason behind the claim of Taj by the Muslims is very simple; it is not maintained properly by archeological department of India, if Heritage Monuments maintained properly by archeological department, there should not be new illegal construction come into existence in the form of temples and Hindu deities.  

Khan saheb might have apprehension from mischief mongers in the form of Sanghis they may damage Taj as they did in case of Babri Masjid over the fake claim of Ram birth place, keeping all the structure and orders of Supreme Court in hole. Now Government at centre is terrorists supportive and any order of Court or Constitution may flung in air at any juncture.

It is very clear archeological department could not maintain the monuments in proper manner, and there is negligence in the work.  According to constitution of archeology no harm should be caused to these monuments, and no construction is allowed near to the monuments or inside the monuments the perpetrator will be punished with quantum of punishment more particularly defined in Law. But it would not be the matter of surprise that even after the statutory binding in every monument Hindu structure or temple constructed illegally. Charminar, Golkunda Fort, Dhar Jami Masjid, Shahi Masjid, Tipu Sultan fort, Tipu Sultan grave yard and almost every monuments one temple is constructed illegally and forcibly after the demise of the king or after independence of India. 

It is also request with the Member of Parliament from Secular front and Muslims to fight to declare Nawab estates as reserve Muslim constituency to improve Muslim economy such as

1.       Janjira Maharashtra was Nawab estate

2.      Hyderabad was Nizam estate

3.      Savanupr Karnataka was Nawab estate

4.      Rampur Uttar Pradesh Nawab estate

5.       Banganapalle A.P. Nawab estate

6.      Loharu Haryana Nawab estate

7.       Tonk Rajasthan Nawab estate

8.      Junagard Guj Nawab estate.

9.      Murshidabad Bengal Nawab estate

10.     Jaora MP Nawab estate

11.     Any other estate by Nawab at the time of independence.

Cheater Prime Minister of India.

Dear Sir,

Cheater, criminal mass murder is become the Prime Minister of India, is it not mimicry of the democracy in India.  Democracy in India is bullshit, politicians are playing game and whosoever is the strong, Hitler, Dictator they can beat the others. There is no fair process of electing the representative of people in India. Before Union election of India somewhere from Dec. 2013 to Mid February 2014 my poll analysis and observation was hinted me that Modi would not become the Prime Minister of India.  I was confident on the people of India that they will not elect a person who has got criminal record.  After looking at the election result I become quite confused and started thinking where has gone wrong in my analysis.  After reshuffle all the data and rearrange it sitting across the laptop full night and did study of full analysis but alas result was not changed and I got the same result as it was before election.  I had given NDA max. 220 seats, and in my every comment in Times of India & I was quite pessimistic about Modi to become Prime Minister and BJP to form Government. 

Now, I am quite confident that my analysis and observation was correct and BJP won the election through unethical means.  Before election Amit Shah and Modi were looking quite confident and Amit shah in TV interview very confidently predicted 330 seats to BJP.  Now the hazy and confusion got clear that Modi won election due to manipulation and through malpractice. Fact has come to the public, it is unveiled in Varanasi the constituency of Modi about 3 lakhs voters are bogus; figure may enhance and may reached upto 5 to 6 lakhs when the final counting ends. In such a manner Modi have come to power.  BJP have purchased the Media Print and Electronics and media have stated waving winds for Modi, if meida would have not created fake wave for Modi even a simple man may got suspicious on Modi’s win.  But Media creates wave for Modi and Modi won with unethical way.  But the scholars, Political Pandits can only senses the manipulation and immediately after the results I showed my displeasure and suspicious about the result.  I was quite suspicious about the results and I expressed in my article immediately after result and feel some fuzz.  My calculation was 220 to NDA I mean to BJP+.

Immediately, after Modi become Prime Minister of India the Indian electronic media stated ranking Modi amongst the top leaders of the world.  Even Indian electronic media compared Modi with Obama and according to them the popularity index of Modi even beat to the popularity of Obama.  Same as before Union election Indian electronic media created fake wave for Modi.  How a criminal, cheater mass murder of particular community can beat the popularity index of Obama.  I would not like to compare Modi even with Hafiz Sayeed, he is even worse than a Hafiz Sayeed, Modi and BJP is giving explanation about Modi that none of Indian court have convicted him for the crime against humanity.  Same is the situation with Sayeed he has not been convicted with any of the court in PAK.  After the episode of bogus voting in Varanasi and Modi won election though bogus voting certainly I will not compare him even with Hafiz Sayeed.  Modi is holding charges of Genocide in Gujarat 2002.  None of the Indian court so far punished him or even issue any warrant against his name for the crime against Humanity.  But Muslim community and peace love people are sure his involvement in the crime against Humanity.  That is the only reason he served upon criminal summons in America and Australia for his role in 2002 Muslim Genocide and killing of 3000 Muslims.  

If Modi can play role and can affect the election process, then certainly he would have played the role to affect the judiciary as well. His innocence by the judiciary does not prove that his hand is not there to affect the judiciary, Indian court may given verdict in his favour and prove him innocent in Muslim Genocide and fake encounters of Muslims after 2002, but fact is that he played important role and guilty of Genocide and he is the culprit of fake encounters of innocent Muslims. 

Modi and BJP has achieved power through illegal and unauthorized means and they don’t have any moral rights to speak or debate on any matter in the Parliament or pass any bill upto when full inquiry completed by international body for entire Parliamentary seats in India.

Unethical Prime Minister of India.

In continuation of my article Terrorists captured Indian Parliament. I was suspicious on the majority obtained by BJP in Indian Parliament and I shown my displeasure on the result.  I was 100% sure about the malpractice, because whatever information I had BJP was the biggest party but well behind with the majority. Fact has come to the public, it is unveiled in Varanasi the constituency of Modi about 3 lakhs voters are bogus; figure may enhance and may reached upto 5 to 6 lakhs when the final counting ends. Indian press are very overwhelmed on Modi that he will loud the Mumbai attack of 26/11/2008 and humiliate Sharief on every angle in front of international forum.  How a mass murderer Satan can humiliate a humble Sharief man.  It is request with Sharief if Modi loud the 26/11 incident, Pak PM should loud 2002 Genocide of Muslims and Modi State sponsored terrorism. Pak PM should loud the incident of release of the terrorists after Modi become Prime Minister of India. 

If Modi so clean and he has no allure of post can he gives up the Prime Minster ship and ask the election commission for re election.  It should happen election commission should declare entire election process null and void or at least declare the second candidate run up as the winner because Arvind Kejriwal have lost with the margin of 3 lakhs and 6 lakhs bogus voters found in Modi constituency. 

In such a manner Modi would have contested election in entire India, now it is upto election commission to enquire about the results of rest of the constituencies; I am still unsatisfied on the results of MP, UP, Rajisthan, Delhi, Chattisgar, Devil Land communal Guj and Maharashtra. 

It is also request with the Parliamentary board of India to declare every resolution passed by the cabinet null and void upto when the enquiry is in progress.  Modi cabinet cannot take any decision upto the final results of all the constituencies declare.
