Dear Sir,

1.            Now time has come to take stern action on Saffron brigade.  Why Government of India is so liberal and silent on saffron terrorists & doing nothing on Saffron Gundas.  Reference to the news article in Indian Express ABVP is taking care of Madhya Pradesh girls.  Now police personnel should sit in their offices and the work of police should be taken care by the ABVP, Bajrang Dal, VHP, RSS and other saffron elements / Terrorists organisations.    

If the ABVP gundas are started protecting the girls then what is the job of Police and administrative office run by the Government?  ABVP is involved in terror attacks and bomb blast in Modasa Gujarat & Malegaon Maharashtra.

2.            On 29^th September 2008 Western India bombings, three bombs exploded in the States of Gujarat & Maharashtra in India, killing 8 persons and injuring 80.  Two bombs went off in Malegaon, Maharashtra, which killed seven people while another blast in Modasa Gujarat resulted in the death of one person.  On 29 September 2008, Gujarat foiled terror attack when 17 bombs were found and defused. However, a low-intensity bomb exploded at a market packed with Muslims breaking, their Ramdan Fast, killing one and wounding 15.  Furthermore, the bombs were purportedly similar to those that exploded in Delhi two days before this attack.

3.            Further inroads were said to be made when the Maharashtra ATS believed it was close to solving the jigsaw of the attack. The alleged mastermind, Sameer Kulkarni, who hails from Pune, was said to be a former member of the BJP’s student wing, the ABVP. Former ABVP activist and key terror accused Pragya Singh Thakur was also involved in terror activities.  From here breeding of saffron terrorism and communal, fascist, mentality starts. 

List of ABVP Gundas activities. 

A.      2006: Prof H. S. Sabharwal attacked by students at Ujjain in 2006. He died due to heart attack in the college campus.

B.      2009: Principal of an Indore college suffers heart attack after ABVP women activists mob attacked on her

C.      2010: ABVP men assault Gujarat University V-C at his home for fee hike

D.      2010: Rajasthan University chief proctor manhandled after he doesn't let ABVP men to meet the V- C.

E.       2011 Professor Sunder Singh Thakur died due to tension and heart attack, because ABVP Gundas smearing the face of his colleague and Professor Ashok Choudhary with black paint.

4.           The acts of ABVP violence is not new, they are involved in criminal activities through out India and shout the slogan Vande Mataram why the BJP and its Hindu terrorist criminals not punished in India, how long the Congress and other secular parties will Play Double standard politics? Why they can not punish them ? Why people of India did not realise their heinous crimes. They spread communal hatred among human beings.

5.           SIMI has banned for her social and educational activities who working for the uplift of the Muslim youths and educational awareness amongst them, and terrorist organisation ABVP, RSS & her allies are still far away from the legal clutches.  That is the agony with Muslim Institutes who are promoting sense of education and awareness in Muslim youths; Government Machineries labelled them as a Terrorists Organisations and banned them just to keep Muslim youths in darkness of unawareness and uneducated.  If SIMI is Terrorists organisation & it is banned then why not to ABVP, this is double standard of Congress Government.

It is request.

1.      Ban ABVP, RSS, Abhinav Bharat, Ram Sena, VHP, Bajrang Dal for their unlawful activities.

2.      Derecognise Communal, BJP, RSS VHP, Shiv Sena etc.  Declare these  Political wing of Hindu Terrorists Organisations ‘Anti Constitutional bodies’ U/A 29 A (5) RPA 1951

3.      Debar BJP, Shiv Sena to contest election under secular democracy of India.

Confiscate, symbol of Lotus, Bow & Arrow, under ‘Secular Democracy of India.

Involvement of Narendra Modi the Gujarat Chief Minister should also be scan in all encounters including  Ishrat Jahan, who was murdered by the notorious Gujarat police in a false tag of terrorism in 2004. The Gujarat police stated that Ishrat, along with three other people, had been killed in an encounter near Ahmedabad by a police team.  A judicial probe into the Ishrat incident found that Ishrat and her friends were killed in police custody.

There have been several police encounters death in the Gujarat, three of which have been attributed to attempts to kill Narendra Modi in retaliation for the alleged involvement of the state machinery in the riots.  In fact many of these alleged encounters actually happen in police custody, and they are fake.  In almost every encounters there is a same policia fabricated story & many of these encounters follow they always take place in the wee hours of the morning in a deserted area, with no witnesses; a vigorous exchange of fire results in the deaths of all the terrorists, while the police receive no injuries; and the diary of the accused is often recovered, and contains incriminating evidence.

In Ishrat's case, the Gujarat police claimed to have received information on the assassination plot from the Mumbai police. The Mumbai police however denied there was any such information. Mumbai police said she had no criminal background, and their investigation did not find anything that could implicate her. According to PUCL, the Gujarat police did not follow normal procedures in their investigations. No FIR was lodged with the local area police station where the encounter occurred, no charge sheet, no inquest report, and no witness statement. No bullet marks or damage was observed on the road or surrounding area.

Metropolitan Magistrate S.P. Tamang Report

Metropolitan Magistrate S P Tamang's probe report, submitted in the metropolitan court in Ahmedabad on 7 September 2009, said that the four persons were killed in cold blood in police custody.  Tamang's report said the Crime Branch police kidnapped Ishrat and the others from Mumbai on 12 June 2004 and brought them to Ahmedabad. The four were killed on the night of June 14 in police custody, but the police claimed that an "encounter" took place the next morning on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. Rigor mortis had set in between 11 p.m. and midnight the previous night, indicating that the police had later shot bullets into Ishrat's body to substantiate the encounter theory. 

Tamang said there was no evidence to link the victims with the LeT. There was also nothing to indicate that they had come to Gujarat to kill Modi. The report said explosives, rifles and other weapons allegedly found in the car, and the weapons found on their person were all planted by the police.  The Gujarat High Court stayed the Tamang report on 9 Sept 2009 but said that Special Investigation Team appointed by the Court can use the report.

It is possible before killing 19 year old Mumbai college girl Ishrat, might be gang raped by the police personnel.  Same as Kausar Bi the wife of Sohrabuddin was gang raped before killing.  Culprit Police Personnel did their job of crime, now it is the responsibility of CBI or Judicial Authorities to enquire the incident thoroughly and bring the culprits behind the bars & facts to the public.

According to the Times of India News Article Ishrat was kept captive in the same Arham farm house of Rajendra Jirawala, where Kausar Bi was kept and gang raped by the Police. It is not at all understandable Ishrat would have remain safe for two days before killing, without losing her chastity in front of these draconian police personnel. 

It is request:-

1.      Immediate compensation be fix by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on Gujarat Government for Ishrat family, as she was the sole earner for the family.

2.      Involvement of Modi in encounter should also be quiz by CBI.  If found guilty strong action should be taken against him.

3.      Kidnapping, Gang Rape charges also be question on the Police officer involved in Ishrat encounter.

1.       Saffron Terrorism now reached to the temples of education i.e. Universities, Colleges, under the protection cover by the political parties.  ABVP is wing of BJP, ABVS is wing of Shiv Sena.  From here breeding of saffron terrorism and communal, fascist, mentality starts. 

2.    Shri H S Sabharwal who was a professor in Ujjain college was killed in Aug 2008. The incident took place after he was reportedly attacked by a strong group of ABVP gundas and terrorists, who were protesting against the cancellation of student body election in the university.  Professor, Shri H.S. Sabharwal who was roughed up by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarti Parishad (ABVP) gundas, has died of heart attack.

3.     A Nagpur sessions court, hearing Professor HS Sabharwal murder case, has exonerated all the six accused students. Professor Sabharwal died inside premises of Madhav College, Ujjain, in 2006.  Court set free the six accused – allegedly members of BJP student wing body ABVP – because of lack of evidences against them.

4.   A Nagpur court acquitted Akela and five other ABVP workers on July 13, saying the prosecution failed to prove its case in the 2006 killing of Ujjain professor Sabharwal.  A month after he was acquitted in the Prof H S Sabharwal murder case, Shashiranjan Akela has joined the state BJP government.  He was among eight invitees to a chintan baithak organised by the Madhya Pradesh education department in Bhopal on August 9.

5.   Now this time it’s the turn of Professor S.S. Thakur, who was allegedly roughed up by ABVP activists on March 9 in the office of the dean of Bhagwant Rao Agriculture College in Khandwa, some 200 km from here, died of a heart attack late on Friday.  Shameless ABVP Secretary Bharati Kumbhare state alleged that Thakur’s death used to settle scores against the students body by its rivals.

If Bharti’s son or daughter would have died by rival group the same would have be the statement of ABVP Secretary.  So far no arrest has been made by the Khandwa Police, because of the protection of BJP ruled MP State Government these gundas and unsocial elements are behaving highhanded in the colleges, universities.

6.  Somewhere in the year 1999 to 2002 there was strong voice by these terrorists wing of BJP and Shiv Sena and off course Sangh Parivar about the Madarssa of Muslim education.  They alleged that Madarssas are the breeding of Terrorisms across the Globe.  These ABVP terrorists openly killing the Professors who are giving light of education to them.  Nobody cares and did not raise the voice against these barbaric acts.  Central Government is looking like a puppet of Saffron Elements and working on the instance of Saffron Elements. 

It is prayed:-

1.    Ban ABVP, Vidiyarthi Sena of Shiv Sena.  Ban BJP, Shiv Sena, VHP to contest election under secular democracy.

2.    Ban all the activities of ABVP in the college, universities.  Before giving admission in the college, university the political ground should be scrutinized.

Double Standard of Congress

Dear Sir,

1.     It looks Congress Party plays with the sentiments of Muslims and trying to kill two birds with one arrow.  There is a delay of six months by CBI challenging the Allahabad High Court verdict quashing the conspiracy charges & acquittal of the culprits like Bal Thakre, LK Advani & others in Babri Masjid demolition case in Supreme Court of India.

2.   Mr. Rahul Gandhi in his speech at Bhopal criticised Hindu Terrorists Organisations, Sangh Parivar for her unconstitutional activities.  Mr. Gandhi’s statement holds no weight until RSS and her allies has banned with an action.  If Hindu Terrorists Organisations has not banned after Mr. Gandhi’s statement then it looks the statement merely given to get the political mileage without any sincere efforts to get the work done.

3.      Justice Srikrishna Commission was set up in January of 1993 inspite of the Shiv-Sena Government's efforts-to, first put the report in cold storage, then a shameful act of maligning the character of an honest and an upright judge by playing communal card, the truth has come out in open exposing the perpetrators of the holocaust to public scrutiny.  The commission has submitted its report in two volumes. The first consists of seven chapters, covering the background leading to the riots of December 1992 and January 1993 and gives its finding and recommendations commensurate with its terms and reference.

4.      Justice Srikrishna who probed the Bombay riots, it was Bal Thackery who personally incited Shiv Sainiks to arson and violence.  Justice B.N. Srikrishna has produced a report that is unflinching in its conclusion that it has implicated the Shivsena and its leadership in the Mumbai riots of 1992-93. The report has squarely blamed Shivsena Supremo Bal Thackeray, who commanded his loyal Shiv Sainiks to retaliate by organised attacks against Muslims.

5.      Srikrishna Commission Report is a well argued, well evidenced and thought-provoking document produced by Justice Srikrishna, a God fearing, socially sensitive and judiciously conscious judge of the High Court of Mumbai. The Commission was set up primarily to look into the causes, courses and consequences of the riots which disfigured the fair image of the cosmopolitan city of Mumbai in December 1992 and January 1993. This commission was set up by the Congress government in Maharashtra. The Report was submitted to the BJP-Shiva Sena combined government of Maharashtra.

6.      It is really a sad state of affairs. It's shameful that even the congress, which is in power since last decade in Maharashtra, has turned a blind eye towards the report. Ironically, they are the ones big on Muslim welfare and demand reservations for them everywhere. Let the congress give them justice first! Show that they mean business and truly care for the community.

7.      14 years and the victims of the riots still waited for justice. No politician or government is interested in trying to bring to book those involved in perpetrating the violence. We've had many more riots after that. Gujrat happened and the congress made a lot of noise about minority rights, protecting the Muslims. We expect the BJP/Shiv Sena to behave in a certain way, but the hypocrisy of the UPA is just disgusting.

8.      When the UPA government came to power they promised to bring some kind of law to prosecute those accused of rioting. It's been second term for UPA, there is no sign of that law. Only such a law, dealing exclusively with riots, would help bring justice to the riot victims. Our politicians need to be made aware that they cannot get away with rioting and killing innocent people. If the Bombay blast accused were terrorist, so are those who involved in mass murder and genocide in the name of religion. We need a system that ensures that not only are the victims of the Bombay blast given justice but also the riot victims of the 1993 riots. Otherwise we will have to see more Bombay blasts in the name of avenging the victims of riots. We'll see more people moving towards extremism and fundamentalism and terrorism.

Death Sentence for Bajrang Dal terrorist Dara Singh is suitable

1.      On 22^nd Jan 1999 Australian Christian Missionary Graham Staines and his two sons of 10 and 6 year were burnet alive in Orissa.   The lower court awarded Dara Singh death sentence, which has been altered by the Orissa High Court.

2.      What wrong Indians did in the past same has been returned to them in present time. Small children of 10 and 6 years along with Innocent Australian Christian Father Graham Staines had been burnet alive in his car, in Orissa, by the Hindu Terrorist Dara Singh. Still he had not been hanged, but awarded life imprisonment. It was alleged that Father Graham Staines was converting back word class into Christianity, if at all this version of Hindus was correct, what was the crime of two innocent children. Whatsoever barbaric acts Indians committed in the past, then they should ready to face the heat in other countries.  Now days Indians are not safe in any place in the Globe.  Indian Government politically pressurises the Australian Government about the attack on Indians in Australia, do Indian Government thought ever why Indians are not safe in Australia.  Our own seeds which we have sown have grown up & troubling us.
