provide all the pleasure life to the people of India in foreign style and
fashion. It includes

Being a Journalist I would like to say whatever
Mr. Modi tried to give all the sort of pleasure and pleasant life to the Indian
Community like foreign style but how he
will bring the mentality and thought like a foreigner in Indian public. I roam to
the foreign countries and after every regular interval I used to remain on
visit of any metropolitan city or state of India. Sometime I utilise my own vehicle for road
and sometime I use public transportation to arrange my tour programmes. I put it down to pen two three letters to then
Prime Minister of India Mr. Manmohan Singh and Railway Ministry on the
miserable and pity conditions of Sleeper class compartment of Indian Railways. Untidy coaches, after every 10 to 15 minutes visit the
team of vagabonds, visit
of unauthorised hawkers, public cram like cats and dogs in single bogie, untidy lavatory. Normally at the time of train accident
causality figure is high only because of the overcrowded people in the
compartment and most of the people die due to suffocation as they could not
come out on time. This is not the difficulty faced by the public in sleeper the condition of AC sleeper is also not much good. Yes the condition of A.C. second class is
normal and passengers normally travel in AC second class are 5 to 10%. Here I would like to make a couple of things
clear firstly either Government is attentive to provide best services to the
high income class people or that foreign mentality is holding merely in 5 to
10% people of India. Remaining 75%
people are living with peculiar Indian mentality, if provided best services and
pleasure they will misuse it.
In the same way the waiting room of Railway
stations are in worst condition. Almost
is the same condition of waiting rooms in all the major railway stations of
India. Dirty toilets, short of water,
loss of basic amenities, Kalyan is the
High Tech and one of the most busy railway station of Bombay suburban, but the
condition of sleeper class waiting rooms are worst. AC and first class waiting rooms are in good
conditions.
Modi
Administration hold the responsibility to link every metropolitan city of India
with National Express Highway. Author
mentioned in his article Black
truth of Gujarat on 22nd May 2015. Intention
of the Government is clearly visible while linking every Highway with Express
way to reduce the fatal accidents and safe drive because every High ways are
single drive. But here also government
of India should not forget its failure in its approach even tried to get the
positive results but could not change the peculiar Indian mentality and India
is holding first position in Global index for road accident deaths.
Year
2015 was the worst which increased 5% in the tally of road accident death. In India one person expire in every 4
minutes due to road accident. In the year 2013 roughly one lakh
forty thousand people have been killed in road accident. According to provisional police data provided
by states, Uttar Pradesh recorded the maximum number of road deaths (17,666),
followed by Tamil Nadu (15,642), Maharashtra (13,212), Karnataka (10,856) and
Rajasthan (10,510). Interestingly in all
these cases 25% are the two wheelers basic reason behind the accidental death. Whenever, Author is on his tour by car he
observed and he felt a lot of anger because of wrong practice, that on single drive express high way two wheelers, three wheelers, jeep or trucks are coming from
opposite direction. It is endanger to
life just to save them because back side vehicle may dash from back side. Secondly in the jeep people are tamped beyond
to the capacity, and jeep driver cannot maintain the speed limit just to
complete another trip. He overtakes
every vehicle and by the way he met with accident maximum passenger lost their
lives because of overcrowded. Three
wheeler (Rickshow) moves very slowly with 7 to 8 passengers on board chances of
accident are very vast because of its slow speed.
Need
not to elaborate here in
front of Government the percentage of the
people those who drive through two wheelers, three wheelers, trucks or the
percentage of people owned royal vehicles. The person who drives through the royal
vehicle his thoughts would be as per the foreign style and those who drive
through trucks, two wheelers, and three wheelers their thoughts would be like
an Indian. It is meaningless to create the Express single way
highway upto when if Modi government cannot change the mentality of the persons
those who are coming from opposite direction in single way road. Secondly for the mistake of others why
innocent will pay for his life. Because
if accident happened both the persons lost their life one who is coming from
wrong direction and one who is going to right direction.
Modi administration doing good job in creation of
single way High ways at the same time Government should curb the misdeed
mongers and offenders of traffic rules.
It is prayed as under:
1.
Government should
keep strict vigil of police officers and Road Transport Officer and nabbed to
the persons those who are coming from opposite direction on single way high way
and impound their license.
2.
Handover his license
to him after giving affidavit in court of law not to commit such a mistake and
follow the traffic rules. Issue one
warning in writing on the licence that he has not followed the traffic
rules. Impose penalty for the mistake of
coming from opposite direction.
3.
If three such types of warning issued to the
same person impound his licence permanently.
Disallow him to get the license anywhere from the Union of India herein
future.
4.
Keep offender of traffic rules in the category
of non bailable offence.
5.
Impose strict limitations on the passenger jeep
or three wheeler (Rickshaw).
6.
Disallow Jeep, Three Wheelers, Two Wheelers to
move on National highway. If someone
fails to comply the orders impound his license and permit.
7.
Any other relief as the authorities deem fit and
proper.
