India most dangerous place for Journalists.

Yet again another Journalist murdered in India and again my observation and report become true which I had stated in my article Started troubling again……… on 13^th August 2017.  I specifically addressed to the Central as well as State Governments with a plea to pass legislation to safeguard the journalists but they failed to pass strict legislation to safeguard the Journalists and failed to discharge their constitutional duty.   

“It is request with Central as well as State Governments rather to waste time,   potential and energy for the non-sense issues and slogans like “Bharat……..” or “Vande……..” pass strict legislation to safeguard the Journalists, Press persons which is due since last one year.  If Government has positive intent on the press autonomy and absolute autonomy to express by the press people let Government pass legislation to safeguard the press personalities.  No one become patriotic who chats the slogan and no one can become traitor one who did not chat slogan. Such types of slogans cannot harm or safeguard the humanity”.  

Murder of Gauri Lankesh is also testified that India is not safe state for the common civilians or even for the professionals like Journalists and there is no Freedom of Press or Freedom of Speech remains in India especially after 2014.  Gauri Lankesh was the critics and famous for her harsh views against Hindu Terrorists.

The murder of Gauri Lankesh is not mere single incident of murder of any Journalist who is critic to the Hindu Terrorists and supporter of Secular Democracy but long list of Journalists killed in India.  Alone 2013 more than 13 Journalists killed in India, whereas Pakistan the most offending and the so called terrorists country as per Government of India seen mere 7 deaths of Journalists.  

I being an “Autonomous Journalist” certainly would like to ask question with Modi Administration you are the biggest democratic country and holding the Press Freedom and as per your views Pakistan is harsh nation there is no freedom of expression then why so much murder of Journalists in India specially those who were against your saffron policy and Hindu Terrorism.

In the year 2015 India holding the third position and was in the list of amongst the worst, dangerous countries across the Global index and offender of Journalist’s rights, Press Freedom and Freedom of Speech.  It would be matter of shame for the Saffron Government of Modi that even India is ahead to its arch rival and the so called most dangerous and deadliest countries for Media personnel Pakistan and Afghanistan.  India can only beat war turned Iraq and Syria in the matter of security of media persons and holding the third position after Iraq and Syria.

 In the year 2013 India was holding the 4^th Position in the list of dangerous state for Journalists the record itself broke in the year 2015 and India become the third most dangerous State for Journalists and Media persons.  

Journalists and media persons are always the soft targets and remain on the radar of terrorists and hardliners.  In India Hindu Terrorists are worst offenders of Journalist’s rights, Press Freedom, Press Autonomy and Freedom of Speech.  Whenever any news stuff or documentary tries to expose them they start assigning the life threat to the journalists and even kill them in some cases like latest Murder of Gauri Lankesh.  In this regards I have mentioned in my article Journalists are required to protect. on 23^rd August 2013, with a request to the Government to pass legislation to safeguard the Journalists

I call upon to all the journalists across the City and India to protest hard against the attack on the journalists in the city and India.  Untill Government agree to pass the Act “Press freedom and journalist protection Act”.

Government failed, neglect and overlook the security of common public now even the professionals like Advocates, Journalists, Doctors or even IAS and IPS are not safe in Saffron Government.  Modi Government is playing the vote bank politics and for appeasement politics it is unable to take any action on Saffron Elements.  It is evident by the data that only those Journalists were the target of the killer who were critics in their views and writing to the Hindu Terrorism. 

I hereby call upon the entire Journalists forums, Press Persons and Media Houses (irrespective their inclination to the Hindu Terrorism) to join their hands together and fight against the persecution, killing of Journalists and in favour of absolute freedom of speech.  Further I call upon all the Journalists, media and press persons arrange the peaceful demonstration and keep it alive upto when Central and State Governments cannot pass the legislation “Press freedom and journalist protection Act”.
