Monopoly on Indian History.

It has become a tradition to change the names of any historic place, old city, Monuments and change its identity. Every cities name is changing Bombay has become Mumbai, Madras has become Chennai, Trivandrum has become Thiruvananthpuram, Bangalore has become Bangalooru, Calcutta has become Calicatta, VT has become CST though there was nil contribution of Shivaji in the railways he used to travel on horses, basically railways was brought by the British people in India, due to their efforts Indians can travel in the trains nowadays.

There are zero contribution of Shivaji in the field of Railways he used to ride on horses still the name of Railway monument given after the name of Shivaji. Shivaji died in the March 4, 1680, and the construction of Victoria Terminus started in the year exactly after 200 years in 1878, which took 10 years to complete the monument. In the year 1887 monument completed and the Terminus opened in time to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee. It took ten years to get completed. Named after Queen and the Empress Victoria, it commemorates the Victoria Jubilee Day in 1887. This was the day when first steam engine in India completed a 45 km journey from Bombay to Thane.

It is very ironical in India the political leaders are dancing on the tune of the fascist tendencies. The name V.T. has been given to the monument because of the contribution of British people and Queen Victoria in the feild of Railways. There was no wrong to keep the name of Mumbai station on the name of Queen Victoria, what is the contribution of Shivaji in the railways nothing, but under dictatorship & pressure of Shiv Sena then Railway Minister Mr. Suresh Kalmadi from Congress party given after the monument name on Shivaji.

Thomas Alva Edison inventor of the electrical light by which we are getting electricity now a days. Now in India why we are not giving the invention to the name of Shivaji.

Enquiry of the death of Faiz Usmani should be handover to Central Agency

Dear Sir,

As usual, the shallow enquiry may give clean chit to the police team for the death of Faiz Usmani. My apprehension was right which I expressed in my letter ZAK/CJI/P/CJ-HCB/HM/LM/RG/CM-M/E/63 dated 17/09/2011, instead of CID some central agency should have probed the matter and should bring the culprits to the justice. Because CID is also working under Commissioner of Police Mumbai, and will be unable to track down the hands of officers with highest ranks. Maharashtra Government action of probe is just mimicry. CID will exonerate the hands of Police personnel in the murder of Faize Usmani and due to lack of education and economic backwardness, their family members will have to rely on the CID report.

Cops involved in the death of Faiz Usmani, should not be given clean chit. Circumstantial evidences also be scan. The histopathological report says there is no external mark or injury on the body which does not prove innocent to the police. It is not necessary that Faiz Usmani be physically tortured but he may be mentally tortured he may be exploited for his 17 year son and for his wife. As his brother Afzal Usmani was exploited. He might have tortured mentally up to that extend, that his blood pressure has gone high and he suffered with brain hemorrhage.

Intention of police was malicious. Right to information Act taken out the copy a letter of Afzal Usmani the younger brother of Faize Usmani wrote two years back to a Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime court judge wherein he alleged the crime branch beating him and giving him electric shocks to confess otherwise his brother Faize Usmani one who died in police custody would be booked in any false case.”

Now it is the responsibility of inquiry officer to probe the matter with utmost care and without any allurement whatsoever and should not bow in any type of pressure.

Police is behaving like legal terrorists. Police have got license to picked up any body without any warrant and kill an innocent human being without any sin or crime. Which is a kind of terrorism in a legal way. Police officers are not authorised to kill anybody. It is the Judicial Authority to assign the punishment to a culprit, that is also after scrutinizing full circumstances. If circumstantial evidences are not favoring the person then court is also not authorised to give him corporal punishment or even simple punishment.

Maharashtra Government ordered for the CID inquiry for his death of Faize Usmani. It is very ironical; Government have not taken any action on the police party as a token of the first information. Sack and terminate all the police personnel with immediate effect involved in the murder of Faize Usmani upto when probe is continue. If found guilty in the probe charge them U/A 302 of Indian Penal Code, & hanged until death according to historic Judgement passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 13/04/2011.

Instead of CID some central agency should have probe the matter and should bring the culprits to the justice. Because CID is also working under Commissioner of Police Mumbai, and will be unable to track down the hands of officers with highest ranks. Maharashtra Government action of probe is just mimicry. It is prayed:-

a. Sack and terminated the police team for unauthorised detention of Faize Usmani as the Chembur Crime Branch was not authorised for inquire to Faize

b. Probe of the custodial death of Faize Usmani be given to any central agency.

c. Ad-entrime compensation be fixed for the family of Faize Usmani.

d. Appoint any member of the family in police force.

Dear Sir,

Mr. Modi’s three days fast of Sadbhavana Mission start from today i.e. Saturday 17/9/2011. Question is why there is sign of repent at this time after a long decade. Why not at the time of 2002? At that time, Modi was the Hitler of modern Gujarat who crossed all the barricades of human civilization and become an ugly monster. Modi knows well after the verdict of Supreme Court he would certainly come for justice. He repented for his sins, which he committed earlier. His fast is nothing but purification before death.

Mr. Modi in his open letter to the people of the Nation and Gujarat dedicated his fast to the society and basically aims for the unity, harmony and brotherhood. Mr. Modi trying to wiped out his sins merely on 3 days fast. Is it possible for the Muslims of Gujarat to forget the horrible communal riots.

a. Do the Muslims of Gujarat forget the deaths of uncountable youths?

b. Do the Muslims of Gujarat can forget the death of every member of the family?

c. Do the Muslims of Gujarat forget the only bread earner of the family who lost his life in the communal riot?

d. Do the Muslims of Gujarat forget the chastity of their sisters and daughters?

e. Do the Muslims of Gujarat forget the worship places, which had been vandalised in the communal riots?

Mr Modi wanted to wipe out his sins merely in three days, but what about the agony and pain of 10 years, for the members who lost their beloved forever and living in the constant agony.

Mr. Modi sent out the first signal of his willingness to reach out to the minorities. Merely observing fast in the Air conditioned Room with all facilities is not enough. If at all Modi is repenting for whatever goes wrong in the year 2002 and he indeed want to win the hearts of the Muslims across India, let come out with some concrete solutions.

1. Punish all the culprits involved in the horrible communal riots in Gujarat in the year 2002. Babu Bajrangi, Jaydeep Patel, Maya Kodnani et al, including all the police personnel and bureaucrats.

2. Compensate and rehabilitate the uprooted families with his personal pocket and state fund.

3. Appoint any member of the family in Government Job. Police, Administration, Judicial service.

4 Rebuilt all the worship structure razed during the communal violence.

5. Pass a bill to reserve 20% Muslims in Gujarat assembly and in Government jobs.

6. Educate Muslim youths.

7. Pass communal violence bill in Gujarat.

Modi Ji, can you deal with these all questions appropriately? Merely fasting and speaking sweet with no result is not enough there should be some concrete solution if you are sincere in your effort and indeed want to repent for your misdeeds. If you are not; then; Mr. Modi you cannot win the hearts of the aggrieved Muslims and Muslims of India. Still Gujarat is the hub of communal minded people. It will take long time to remove the seed of communalism from Gujarat but efforts should be with positive intention and not with an intention to get political mileage.

In the open letter, Mr. Modi prayed to the Almighty to give him strength so he do not develop or retain any ill feeling or bitterness. He should ask Almighty for the strength to abolish communalism from Gujarat.

If Mr. Modi deals appropriately even the first four points as stated above then he can able to win the hearts of the Muslims unless his fasting is looking more politically motivated and home work for the lok sabha election.
