Misuse of the Act due to muscle of Shiv Sena.

Dear Sir,

Fascist mentality of Shiv Sena which I express in my article immediately after the death of Bal Thackery on 18/11/2012 with the heading "Is it the end of fascist era". After the death of Bal Thackery on Saturday 17^th Nov. 2012, and afterwards the series of news articles regarding the arrest of two innocent girls of Palghar for their comment on the Face book for unauthorised bandh and total shut down of Mumbai and adjacent areas. 

Author of the article is also with the same opinion why immediately after the death of Mr. Thakrey, Mumbai has halted upto 1 hour.  Mobile services jammed, locals stop plying for quite some time, on Sunday it was total closed.  Most crowded Metropolis in the world looked like free from people and looking like scarcity of human being.  Roads, shops and business establishments were totally closed.  But it is not the love and affection to Mr. Thackery for the people, but it is the terror and scared amongst the people, if they will open their establishment, un-necessarily they will have to face the rage of Shiv Sainiks.    Some of them may have closed their establishment willingly but most of  them unwillingly closed their business.   But badly affected due to bandh the labour class, or daily wages workers who earn during the day time and in evening feed up to the family.  Daily wages workers could not get the work due to the close in the business.

That is true that Bal Thackery had influence on Maharashtra politics.  Not only public but State of Maharashtra was also influenced with Bal Thackery, though the Government is of Congress NCP but several orders by the Maharashtra Government under the leadership of Home Minister supported Shiv Sena and looking like to appease the Sena Superemo, because the demand made by the Shiv Sena to act accordingly.  That is the only reason police constables escorted and supported the forcible bundh alongwith the goons of Shiv Sena at Mumbra

Railway Station and nearby area on Saturday at about 5 P.M. on 17^th Nov. 2012, and on Sunday Bal Thackery had been provided the State funeral and State honour before cremation, now question arises whether he deserves to that honour on behalf of State of Maharashtra.  But Maharashtra Government side by the rules and regulations laid down by the constitution of India and acted one sided.

Whatever happened in Palaghar is all the political drama just to get political advantage by  Shiv Sena, because after the death of Bal Thackery Shiv Sena will bifurcated this wrong message should not go in the minds of public and their vote bank,  and a  big vote bank of Shiv Sena was looking to transfer to the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena or Congress NCP alliance so Shiv Sena wanted to show their strength by hook or crook.  Because election is supposed to be held in the year 2014 and Shiv Sena did not want to lose her Marathi vote Bank.  Shiv Sena Shakha Pramukh of Palghar played with more emotionally and over reacted to appease his Aaqa the successor of Bal Thackery.  But it had played the negative role and maligned the image of Shiv Sena again as the fascist party.  It proves that people can die but his image remain forever act remain forever.  After the death of Bal Thackery the fascist mentality will not going to be end. 

The comment made by a girl and liked it another on face book immediately after the death of Bal Thackery and arrest made by the police is not at all meets to the section and articles which imposed by the police on the girls.  But it is all the high handed politics of Shiv Sena. In fact a case has been registered on Shiv Sena and the Shakha Pramukh of Palghar, to terrified and show undue political power to a public servant, and influenced the public servant on duty politically and gets the work done on wrong policies due to political influenced.

The past dark chapters of Shiv Sena still haunted the people even after the death of Bal Thackery.   No sensible citizen will forgive Shiv Sena for crimes against the humanity, loot, arson, gang rape.  Shiv Sena is party of hooligans and following the path of  illegal bandh with forcible manner, forcing Government about demand for Bal Thackeray memorial at Shivaji Park, terrified and show undue political power to a public servant, and influenced the public servant on duty through political powers and gets the work done on wrong policies due to political influenced. 

But still in this entire scenario the fact remain unchanged, even after the death of Bal Thackery people scared with Shiv Sena but could not love her.  But if Shiv Sena wanted to retain power and wanted to be politically strong in Maharashtra she has to dilute her policies.   In India 80% people hate violence, bandh, gundaism and loot how Shiv Sena can get the majority of vote in her favour in the Parliament Election with merely 20% people’s vote, which also will not cast 100% to her favour.  In Maharashtra also the situation is almost same, merely 20% people will support the violence in any form.

Execution of Kasaab is it another fix match like cricket

Dear Sir, 

Ultimately the Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone criminal for the attack on Mumbai in the year November 2008 has been hanged on the 21^st day of Nov. 2012.  Whatever crime he had committed was absolute to his punishment.  But the way he has been hanged is full of suspicion and creates ambiguity in the mind of author. 

On 1^st of Nov. 2012 he suffered from dengue and the authorities come to know about his illness after five days.  I had brought the incident to the notice of the Indian press as well as international media, that the conditions of Jails in India has once again opened their wrist when it has come in the knowledge of the Jail authorities that hard core criminal Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasaab is down with fever and suffering with dengue,  and down since 1st of Nov. 2012 upto 5^th of Nov. 2012,  but the jail authorities only come to know after five days.  This is the serious laps at the part of the Jail authorities.  If the hard core international criminal like Kasaab is down with fewer and authorities come aware after five days then what would be the conditions of the normal or petty criminals. 

It makes me to think, whether Kasab was died in his cell itself, because he already suffered with dengue, due to negligence and not proper medical attention he might have died in the cell.  To hide the conditions of the Indian jails and to avoid further complications and charges of negligence at the part of the Jail authorities including Home Minister,  this all drama may have been designed with the help of the Maharashtra Home Minister and other related staff. 

Hindustan Times news articles are also in suspicion and the statement of the reporter keeps changing.  The statement is likewise

1.   In one column reporter states that he was shivering in his cell before taking him to the Yarvada jail.  It implies that he was aware about his hanged. Suspicion statement because Jihadi elements don’t have any fear of life for what he will shiver.

2.  He was not aware that he is going to be hanged. He came to know in Yarvada Jail.

3.  Another statement states that he was slipping when a guard came to awake him and ask him come on you are shifted to another jail he laughed. 

4.  Statement he swears of Allaha “I will not commit such crime again”.  As his last words before hanged.  Suspicion because for what he will swear he knows that he would not return back from haven to the world again.

5.  Statement he was quiet and did not spoke with anybody even when he was going to the gallows. 

6.  Statement of Hindustan Times he was at Yarvada Jail at about 7.30 a.m.,  which contradict the statement of Times of India which states at 4.30 p.m. doctors examined Kasaab, he was absolutely normal.

7.  Statement of Times is itself contradictive in the first paragraph author states that Kasaab was begging for life and swear for Allaha at the last moment on the gallows “I will not commit any crime henceforth please forgive me”.  Second paragraph author states that he was absolutely normal and was not all looking worried his blood pressure was normal 120 to 80.

The government authorities’ act is full of suspicion and keeps to think that Kasaab might have been died before execution, because such a big international criminal &  who is first international citizen to be hanged on Indian soil and the supreme democratic authority Prime Minister was unaware, but the Home Minister knows. In protocol Home Minister is subordinate to the Prime Minister then why Prime Minister has not been informed.   His turn was extreme last in the death row, why he has jumped to become first when so many seniors are still waiting for their turn to come and hanged.  Especially when there was more legal opportunities was opened for him.  What was the urgency that he was taken to Yarwada Jail in the dark of about 1.00 am.   What was the urgency to bury him in the Jail campus immediately after the death? Do the jail manual allows to cremate or buried the culprits in the jail campus, if not then why this special facility provided to Kasab and had been buried in  Yarvada jail.  Why he has not been buried to some undisclosed location like other Jihadis of 26/11 has been buried.  It is possible that he might have died in his Anda cell only, to avoid the enquiry, legal consequences and embarrassed in front of international community about the Indian Jails this has been planned in connivance with Home Minister Maharashtra.

There is enough grounds on which one can suspect at the act of the Ministers. There are several questions which have to be answered to the authorities to the international and the local media. Because the conditions of Indian Jails are opened in front of International Community. 

It is prayed.

1.        Kindly perform the autopsy on Kasaab and let cause of death be public.

2.      If Kasaab has been died due to natural cause and it is all the planned game of Home Minister Maharashtra, then negligence shows at the part of Jail   staff.

3. If Kasab died due to natural cause, initiate action on Home Minister Maharahstra, Police Commissioner Mumbai and related jail staff.

Is it the end of fascist era.

Bal Keshav Thackery popularly known as Bal Thackery’s death announcement has made on Saturday 17^th Nov. 2012, at 3.00 p.m., he might have expired on Wednesday on 14^th Nov. 2012, but due to Diwali festival the authorities and the successor have not declared the death of Thakery. After his death next day news headlines of every paper is abundance with the articles and heading labeling Thackery as lion.  Some of them called him Tiger & compared his provocative, hate, communal, criminal speeches as the roar of tiger.  Yes I do agree with the comments of the public and news articles to compare him as lion or labelled him as tiger.  Since lion or tiger are the carnivorous animals and they believe in violence and killing of others.  Mr. Thackery and his sena have got good record in the same.   Thakrey was the fascist mentality person rather dictator, who ruled over Mumbai and Maharashtra more than six decades.  Without his permission even a single life cannot move in Bombay.   It is very amazing the man who decide the fate of public specially North Indians, Biharis & Muslims in the form of his comments which he expressed during the communal riots 1992-93 on telephone that “not a single landya (circumcised person) should survive to give oral evidence” depended on the prescription of Muslim physicians.

He was responsible for the massacre of thousands of Muslims in Mumbai in the year 1992-93 after the demolition of Babri Masjid.  His provocative speech and articles provides the lead to the Shiv Seniks to target on the property of Muslims and their life, after the article published in Samna on 1^st January 1993. 

After 1992 demolition of Babri Masjid followed by the country wide genocide of Muslims Justice Srikrishna Commission was set up in January 1993, it is the shameful act of Shiv Sena of maligning the character of an honest and an upright judge by playing communal card, the truth has come out in open exposing the perpetrators of the holocaust to public scrutiny.

The commission has submitted its report in two volumes.  Justice Srikrishna who probed the Bombay riots, and observed that it was Bal Thackery who personally incited Shiv Sainiks to arson and violence.  The report has squarely blamed Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thackeray, who commanded his loyal Shiv Sainiks to retaliate by organised attacks against Muslims.

He was above the Indian judiciary, he committed several crimes which are punishable under Indian Penal Code and the maximum punishment is life term, he abused the sitting President of India Dr. Abul Kalam when he was on the maiden trip to Mumbia, but neither police nor Government of Maharshtra had dare to arrest him, against the abusive language to the President of India and defame the constitution. 

After 1992-93 communal violence during the course of probe Justice Srikrishna summoned him twice for his role against Muslims massacre and criminal intimidation, but he refused to respond to the summonses or notices issued by the commission, it is the defamation to the judiciary and criminal intimidation of justice but nobody dare to take legal action on Bal Thakery, which prove that he was above the Indian judiciary.  Police or Government was unable to take the legal action on him, not because of his pleasant, humble or spiritual personality but because of his terror and gundaism.  Because Government authorities did not want to take risk of unrest and damage of the human value and arson of public and private property after his arrest.   

Upto his last breath of life no criminal case has been registered against him and he has gone from the world with empty hands and holding no criminal litigation pending on him.  His past dark chapters of life still haunted the people even after his death. No sensible citizen will forgive him for his crimes against the humanity, loot, arson, gang rape.

After 1992-93 communal riots he also suffered with natural justice.  He lost his beloved partner Meenatai Thakrey in the year 1995.  In the year 1996 he lost his son Binda Thakery in road accident on Bombay Poona highway.   He has been jolted very sharply through natural justice.  In samana he repented for his sins whatever he committed and asked, “the pain and agony I can feel when I lost my beloved one”. 

But still I will say that after the loss of his wife and son he developed soft nature towards any indeed citizen of India, he started believing in humanity and turned towards religious deeds.  His lost to the Sena is irreparable which successors cannot fill up.
