In continuation of my article Love
Buds may meet soon. on 7th Oct. 2017 I brought some facts in
the knowledge of Supreme Court of India through my article with regards to the planned
conspiracy of Hindu Terrorists to kill the fragrance of Islam and tarnish the
image of Muslims on the terminology and phenomenon of Love Jihad. I prayed with Supreme Court therein let allow
NIA to initiate probe on the malicious intention of Hindu Terrorists on Terminology
‘Love Jihad’ invented by the Bhagvadhari
terrorist people. There is no legal value in Islam the term called as
Love Jihad and any such types of practice prevail.
Upon my article author received
objection from Terrorist’s mouth piece ‘Aaj Tak’ and
lady reporter mentioned that NIA got authentic proof behind the conversion of
Hindu girls in Islam being a part of planned conspiracy. Further lady
reporter Anjan mentioned the names of two girls Athira Nambiar from Kasargod
who embraced Islam and renamed as Ayesha and Nimisha who become Fatima after
marry with a man who was also converted to Islam in 2015. Fatima’s
mother filed the petition in Supreme Court in 2016. In case of Nimisha
nowhere prosecution could prove in Court that she had been tempted, given allurement
or forcibly asked her to accept Islam rather she influenced with the Muslim friends
as they used to leave every worldly thing for Namaz and have absolute faith on
Islam and Allaha. She influenced with
Islamic culture and believes of single God, revealed by her friends during the
police enquiry. She started covered her
head with scarf and offering Namaz in college.
During debate with colleagues she told that Islam is the only right religion
in the Globe said almost all the friends. She procured the Islamic literature at her own
level for more information but no one provides voluntarily.
Athira to Ayisha
Story of Athira is also almost
same she also influenced by her friends and religious texts, Athira decided to
embrace Islam. But realizing the objection from her parents she decided to
leave her home. On July 10th, she left home leaving a letter to her parents
that she has gone to learn about Islam. After series of judicial battles,
Athria decided to go with her parents
under the condition that they would not let her practice the religion of her
choice. After embracing Islam she also changed her name as Ayisha.
Back to Athira
After a silence of over a
month, Athira once again met the media, this time claiming that he has decided
to return to Hinduism. The return is believed to be under the counselling of
Arsha Vidya Samajam.
It was the unawareness about my
own religion that forced me to believe in another religion. Now, I'm happy for
realizing the fact and returning to Hinduism," concluded Athira.
Here point to be noted in case
of Athira, which is my objection since from beginning that terminology of Love Jihad
has been invented by the Hindu Terrorists and Hardliners and I accept that Love
Jihad is the planned conspiracy not by Muslims but the Hindu groups to tarnish the
image of Islam and Muslims.

Athira embraced Islam and within the short time
period she again retrieves back to Hinduism. In her confessional statement she accepted that
her return has possible only after counselling of Arsha Vidya Samajam and
hardliner Hindu Saint. Which proves that
this Arsha Group deliberately have asked Athira to play drama of accepting
Islam and after some time back to Hinduism and come in front of Media, thus our
case of Love Jihad to tarnish the image of Islam will become strong.

Secondly, one who truly accepted Islam by inner depth
and accepts it by tongue never retrieves back in any circumstances. Whether someone threatened to life, kill
their children slice their hands but true Muslim never retrieves back to any
religion. I will ask the Sanghi mouth piece
aaj tak to go on the life history of Bilal E Habashi what type of atrocity,
torture and persecution he faced but never returned back to his original
religion after accepted Islam.
3. If someone accepted Islam and after sometime
that particular again returned back to his original path which proves that
particular had not accepted Islam with true heart. Put on skull cap or covered head with scarf is
not the symbol of real Muslim or rename as Abdulla or Ayesa does not mean that
particular accepted Islam with true heart until unless he or she remain unbeaten
on Islamic faith even after full of atrocity, difficulty, problem or life
threat.
4. In case of Athira also nowhere it is proved that
she had accepted Islam through conspiracy, but in her confessional statement she
also revealed that she influenced with the practice of her friends on Islamic
Culture and she accepted Islam after looking at their absolutely faith on
single God.
It is baseless to say that
large number of people not only India but across the Globe are coming to Islam
as a part of planned conspiracy no way….. it is not because of planned
conspiracy but it is because of right teaching of Islam and forecasts made by Prophet
Mohammad Sallam 1400 years back are prove to be correct at 21st
Century. Hadith and saying of Prophet is
not fabricated and one who starts doing research over the hadith, Quran and Islam
as soon he or she come to know the reality never hesitate to accept the Islam. See Vedio
Terminology ‘Love Jihad’ is invented by the
Bhagvadhari terrorist people yes I accept that it is planned
conspiracy used with malicious intention not by Muslims but Hindu Hardliners to
tarnish the image of Islam. There is no legal value in Islam the term
called as Love Jihad and any such types of practice prevail.
Let Supreme Court or High Court should take
cognisance against the planned conspiracy of Hindu Terrorists to kill the fragrance
of Islam and tarnish the image of Islam on the name of Love Jihad and allow NIA
to initiate probe on the malicious intention of Hindu Terrorists to terrify
inter-caste couple’s basically Muslim boy and Hindu girl.
It is prayed as under with Apex Court:
1. Order the enquiry against the person or persons,
organisation or organisations, government and its agent representatives or any
other sources those who are creating fuss and ambiguity in the name of ‘Love
Jihad’.
2. Initiate probe against them for criminal
intimidation and ruined the image of particular religion in the public and
bring it in wrong context. Because no
such types of philosophy or terminology namely ‘Love Jihad’ exists in
Islam.
3. Ban the word ‘Love Jihad’ for ever.
4. Any other relief as this authority feels fit and
proper.
