I was pursuing the matter of Mohammed Afzal Guru and
had gone to Kashmir in the month of May 2013 after his unethical hanged to
death by the Congress Government. After
meeting with his brother it has come to know me that he was neither jihadi nor
had any link with any jihadi modules. He
was the supporter of Independent Kashmir. I had submitted my
four pages report to then Congress Government of India and international human
rights organizations for his unconstitutional, unethical, secrete hanged. When it has come in my knowledge that he was
the culprit of caste base identity I being a journalist bring this fact in
every media forum International as well as national and written several article
in that regards and tried to remove his tag of terrorist.
Indeed injustice done with
Guru and his family. It was Indian media
who had created fuss and developed biased opinion against Guru. He was assigned punishment only after media
trial, who mobilized the public opinion for hanged to death without the clear verdict of
Supreme Court of India.
Two years of constant follow-up through my comments at
Times Group and several articles on the issue things are slightly coming to the track. Fact start coming to the public and congress
politicians are also realizing that they have committed mistake, which is
evident in the form of acceptance of Shashi Tharoor, Mani Shakar Ayyer that we
committed mistake in case of Afzal Guru and wrongly hanged him.
Recently in the month of May 2015 Supreme Court of
India observed in case of Afzal Guru, that hidden, secrete hang does not hold
any legal value and it is not good for justice, exactly after two years from my
visit to Kashmir. It is Congress who
unconstitutionally, unethically hanged Afzal Guru secretly. Further Supreme Court observed that last
chance should be given the person to meet his family and it is the
responsibility of government to respect his last wish. Congress government always remain forward to
commit the human rights violation and Indian Jails were famous to commit the
human rights violation during the congress rules. If a person is not allowed to meet his family
before move to the gallows, then it is serious human rights violation for the
person and the family members of person who was assigned death punishment.
Observation of Supreme Court has come on the right
time, but merely observation is not important, but important is the punishment
to the perpetrator if anything wrong has committed by the politicians, the
political party or media. Can Supreme Court of India try and punish Susheel Kumar
Shinde then Home Minister of India, failed to discharged his
constitutional duties and labeled an innocent the tag of Jihadi and hanged him
secretly. Can election commission take
strong action and debarred Congress who collectively involved in Human Rights
Violation. Can members of Parliament
impeach to the President
Pranab Mukharjee who without applying his mindset, wisdom legality
of matter come under the clutches and sentiments of Hindu Terrorists, BJP and
signed on the death warrant of Guru. Can court or current
government fix a compensation to the family members of guru, and educate the
only son of Guru as per his wishes to become a Doctor. If
no then mere observation of Supreme Court does not hold any value in the eyes of sensible,
scholars and philanthropists. Observation of Supreme court is just another piece of paper
which will be utilize to wrap peanuts after some time. Same as the
show cause notice of Election Commission issued to the Sanjay Raut on the statement of
snatching the Right to Franchise with the Muslims.
Fact is that Afzal has paid the
value of speaking truth with full of his capacity and boldness. He was not Jihadi nor he had any link with
any Jihadi organizations but he was the supporter of independent Kashmir and he
paid the value for that. It is the
request with the current Government who is speaking about justice to all, that
enquire the episode of Afzal Guru in a way which is tackle by the Congress
Government and punish Susheel Kumar Shinde then home minister of India for
serious human rights violation. It is also request with the Congress party to debar Shinde
from party and take disciplinary action on him same as Narsimha Rao the culprit of Babri
Masjid demolition.
