It is often seen that
Indian police force, Army acting biased with Muslims, Christians at their
part. They are proved to be soft on
Hindus while hard on the Minorities basically on Muslims; this fact has come to
the knowledge of undersigned during the course of his private survey. There are
several cases of custodial deaths wherein almost maximum victims are
Muslims. Situation is even worse than
custodial death in case of fake encounters and during communal riots wherein 90%
Muslims are killed in fake encounters and 98% and in some cases 100% victims
are Muslims during the communal violence.
The observation of High Court Bombay is same as per the undersigned constant

Maharashtra records the maximum number of

In fact police officers become more prejudice if
they are getting appreciation instead of punishment from the Ministers after
committing the heinous crime against humanity.
Sometime concerned Ministers assigned the order for killing the
particular person and it is the mistake of the police officers who could not
refused to follow the unethical orders given by the Ministers.
In my all the articles and letters I expressed
the same thing for Maharashtra it is R.R. Patil the Home Minister of
Maharashtra who is the puppet of Shiv Sena is responsible for the killing of
Muslims. Who deliberately kept his eyes
closed on the causalities of Muslims?
Congress NCP combine should not forget its humiliated defeat across the
Country, which started right from UP and finished to India, now it’s turn of
Maharashtra.
R.R. Patil who had thrown out after severe
resentment by the Public for his irresponsible comment after Mumbai attack at
Hotel Taj, Nariman House in the year 26/11/2008. But it is Sharad Pawar who brought him back
in the cabinet and with same capacity just to torture and pinch to the Moslems,
but he forgot that his silly mistake may wipe out NCP from Maharashtra as in
communal Guj and India.
At least High Court Bombay the highest Judicial
Authority of Maharashtra has nice observation on Khakee Terror for the victims of
particular caste, and which is also against the constitution of
India and clear case of human rights violation and rights to live. But I am little worried and anxious if that is
the situation in Congress NCP led Government of Maharashtra the either parities
projecting themselves as secular party and Government is secular. Now what would be the condition of Muslims
after the formation of terrorist’s supportive political wing BJP at centre, and
expectations of Muslims for fair justice will be more meager even at the
Supreme Court especially when the communal, criminal minded people like Amit
Shah’s Advocate Uday U Lalit would be the next the Chief Justice of Supreme
Court recommended by the Modi Government.
Now for Justice, Muslims have to fight long
legal battle and they will have to face first police and then judiciary, in
judiciary they will have to face communal mentality people like Ujjawal Nikam
who maligned the dignity of Judiciary refusing to defend Government against
Hindu Terrorists. He pleaded and appeared on behalf of Government in every case
wherein the Muslims were the culprits.
