American Journalist James Foley has been executed in Islamic State of Iraq and Syria in August 2014. International & Indian media creates havoc as if it is something extra ordinary done by the Islamic Caliphate. Death sentence given to the Journalist under the rules and laws prevails in the caliphate state, same as in case of Saddam Hussain given hanged to death sentence under the pressure of America. Same as sentence hanged to death given to Afzal Guru and Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab in India. Maharashtra Home Minister after the execution of death sentence to Kasaab released press statement and shown the videos and given tough message to the world community, if those practice of Government of India and Home Minister of Maharashtra was correct then how the same practice is wrong in case of Islamic caliphate who wanted to give message to the International community.
Charges on Afzal were not proved this fact has been accepted by the Supreme Judicial Authority of India. He was the culprit of the caste based identity; this fact has come in the knowledge of the undersigned during his visit in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Afzal has been hanged unethically secretly; even without informing to his family members was it not crime against humanity. How the civilised country like India can hang to an innocent under the pressure of citizens. According to the brother of Afzal Guru he had not provided the proper legal opportunity, none of the legal practitioner pleaded his case in the court of law. Court given ruling on the basis of the applications received from the people of India.
President Saddam Hussain had been hang in open, due to the pressure of American Administration, American Administration released the video of entire proceeding upto hanging process, where was international media and Indian media had gone. America can hang to the President of the country no voice, India can hang innocent no voice but if same process of punishment adopted as per the ruling and law of Caliphate, international community started gossiping and wanted to malign the image of Caliphate.
I would like to ask the question with American Administration and Indian Media who is creating havoc in this case. What is the punishment for a person who is spaying against their country, if it is proved that particular is involved in antinational activities? Sharing important information to the enemies which may harm to their country, will the government invite the culprit and offer felicitation or punish the person as per the law prevail in their country. If punishment is necessary for the culprit as per the law of the country then Indian media and American Administration has got no right to criticise on the act of Caliphate. Rather it would be interference of the international community in the internal matters of the Caliphate.
Execution sentence of death to American citizen is as per the law and ruling of Caliphate, entire world is ready to attack on Caliphate state, but can they ever saw in their own collar, what America done with Saddam Hussain, what India done with Afzal Guru, Ajmal Kasab. If the civilised, democratic countries like India and America can assign death penalty to the culprits then why not the Caliphate of Islamic State? In India most of the innocent of particular members of society killed by the police in fake encounters, police doing atrocities to the particular members of the society, killing them in the custody, but media become blind on such types of activities, and projecting the picture of Caliphate in wrong context with an intention to harm and destroy the prestige of the Caliphate State. If international community wanted to resolve the dispute try to peruse the matter through dialog.
