Appellant above-named have approached to your authority for the Partition of India for Muslims.  I say & submit through this appeal, praying to state as follows

1.           I have come to Authorities against the criminal intimidation and threat to the

       I.                    Life of Muslims

    II.                    Liberty to freedom of religion

 III.                    Freedom of express their views by confined to limited addition

  IV.                    Threat to freedom of speech and threat to Freedom of Press.

2.          I say and submit that I am the resident of Navi Mumbai since 1994 and residing at the address mentioned above since 2008 as the permanent member of the society. Appellant is a Journalist and completed its Master’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication in the year 2015 from Recognized University.  Hereto annexed and Marked Exhibit A is the copy of University Degree Certificate.

I say and submit apart from the threat to the life of Muslims and threat of freedom to follow their religion, a journalist cannot do its work and bring the misdeed of Government, its agents, representatives, authorities.   Autonomous Journalists use to tortured, harassed and keeps them in mental trauma on pretext one another.   This journalist troubled several times by the Modi Government after 2014.   Because of popularity and declining the image of Government from the articulation and viya Social Media my Youtube Channel  http://www.youtube.com/JournalistZuber(YouTube) block to link with Face Book Account.  In the month of 25 April 2019 just before election my blog http://zuberahmed.blogspot.com/ & http://zubershayri.blogspot.com/ block to link with Face book, because of giving factual picture and critics to the Government.  Lastly in the month of 18 June 2019 my twitter account   www.twitter.com/journalistzuber suspended, now from that account neither I can tweet nor receive.  Is it not the asphyxia of freedom of speech and expression, especially for a government who is unjust and biased with Minorities Muslims, Christians and Sikh.  

3.      I say that I had submit my representation to the above said respondents through a Petition AJ/JZ/CJI/P/PM/Independent/2018/331 dated 28/09/2018 for the partition is not responded.   Herewith annexed and marked Exhibit B is the copy of petition. 

4.    I say and submit that representation had been sent through RPAD and Electronic mail system. I further say that representation of petition have been received by all the three Respondents but they failed to respond to the Appellant.  Herewith annexed and marked Exhibit C is the copy of acknowledgment internet receipts of Indian Postal Department.   

5.      I say and submit I have got couple of reason to ask Independence or another partition of India for Muslims:-

A. When Judiciary become biased, communal and saffronised; subordinating to Hindu Terrorists and following their dictates to give verdict on the basis of Caste, Creed and Culture so there is no point to beg for justice in front of Court.

B.    What is the use of speaking about Judiciary and Constitution for a country where there is no legality and constitutional duties remain, that is why I support for another partition of India. When India become Lynchistan, Terroristan still if someone are searching Legal System and Constitution, so I think he is living in fool's paradise.

6.         I say and submit after NRC apply in Assam at least 45 lakhs people mainly Muslims declared as an outsider or infiltrators & Bangladeshi.  Now BJP is planning to apply it Nationally to sabotage the Muslim population.   If NRC apply Nationwide half of the Muslim population will be declared as infiltrator or outsiders.  Even though they are in possession of valid Documents to prove their Indian citizenship i.e.

·           Passport

·           Birth Certificate

·            Adhar Card

·           PAN Card

·           Election Card

·           Ration Card

·           Driving License

·           Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill for Address Proof

·     School Leaving Certificate, College Receipts, Graduation Certificate.  For students.

If an Army Officer Sanahullaha who served Indian Army for more than 35 years.  Who fought Kargil War for India against an Islamic Nation, honoured with President award.  After his retirement and apply of NRC in Assam he sent behind the bars under the tag of infiltrator and foreign national (Bangladeshi).  I don’t understand the legality of any document for a common Muslim will work out as a proof of his her Indian National.  If Hindu Terrorists under the saffron political mentality decided to declare half of the Muslim population as an infiltrator or outsider, no document can stop them to do so.

7.          Feeling of fear and insecurity is prevails in Muslim Community, a message is running on WhatsApp and social media for the Muslims wherein a request is made to get ready the above mentioned documents to establish your Indian Nationality.  It is further requested in the message get ready the hard copy, photocopy as any time it may require; & preserve the documents by scanning them and keep a set on Internet.  The observation and analysis of this journalist is very accurate and correct which he expressed to the sender of the message as well.   

“Do you think any of document will safeguard your Indian Nationality. If BJP, Sanghi Terrorrists and Government of India have already planned to declare half of the Muslim population outsiders and infiltrators your no documents, no strategy can stop them to do so.   If an Army Officer, served Indian Army more than 35 years, fought the Kargil war, Awarded by President, can send behind the bars, for the charges of infiltration and outsiders, what would be the value of these documents for normal Muslims”.   

8.    I say and submit that Muslims are very badly treated in Saffron India specially since when Hindu Terrorists captured the Administration. Muslims are deprived from their Religious, Fundamental, Civilian and legal rights. Even Muslims wrongly implicated in crimes which they have not committed

I hereby give privilege to all the political parties except NDA to conduct the referendum of 30 crore Muslims whether they would like to live with the Saffron biased Administration, prejudice Judiciary, communal people of Lynchistan (India);  Whether they would like to remain part of the country where they are not allow to follow their religion, festivals with happiness or want independence for another land and freedom from Murder, Gang Rape, atrocities, injustice, prejudice, encroachment in their religious affairs.

Demarcation of New country ‘NAKHLISTAN’, would be based on three options.  Government have to accept any one of the option of its choice.

1.           Entire UP to Assam West Bengal and Bihar.

2.  Rajasthan, Gujarat, Some portion of MP and Western Coastal Maharashtra.

3.      Southern Maharashtra (Marathwada), Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana.

It is prayed as follows:-

1.   Kindly provide another land to the Muslims partitioned from India on religious line, as per the three allocation mentioned above.

2.        The new country separated from India would be renamed as ‘Nakhlistan’.

3.         Any other relief as the authorities deem fit and proper.
