Friends and my all Well wishers,
At last
I have reached to the destination Kharghar on Sunday 09/08/2015 at about 7.30
in the morning, by Indian Airways flight from Shinghai to Mumbai and maintained
the honour. Police could not find any concrete
proof of any type of involvement against myself to prove me a terrorists. It was just inquiry for the
post on my Facebook account which was hacked by someone who would be jealous to
my growing popularity. Certainly, it is
Indian Media people who acted like an indeed terrorists, who assaulted and terrorised my 14 years son
and rioted, demonstrated in front the gate of my flat, and polluted and disturbed
the peace of the society.
It was
looking that Media persons would break the gate of flat and enter in the house
and would kill me alleged my son with perpetual slaps, push and kick on the
flat gate. Media persons even forget the
professional ethics while labelling a person terrorist who is in same profession. Thus Indian media committed serious offense
of professional misconduct value which proved that it is Media and not police
who branded a Muslim as terrorist. I am planning to file a case of defamation,
against the news papers who labbled me as terrorist while giving wrong inputs
that I was absconding from Bandra and
Police quizzed my wife and son.
Indian media defamed to a highly qualified person of same profession who is holding highest qualification in every field. Even the SHO top
most rank police officers, IB officers, CBI, CID and special cell never
insulted and some of them used to addressed me Khan Saheb or Khan Sir media labeled me as terrorists with wrong news articles. My wife
molested by the media, as she entered in the flat one of the young man clicked
her photo without her wish and come in front of her. My son was scared so much that he could not
even speak properly with his mother even after several hours after the media
attack at my house.
Looking
at all the circumstances I Journalist Zuber Ahmed Khan will arrange a press conferences,
and would file the case of defamation, mental agony harassment, molestation and
life threat to my family persons against news papers with electronic media. I will file the case of defamation on Marathi
news papers Pudhari, Loakmat. English
news papers Indian Express for giving wrong inputs and news against me and
addressing me a terrorist which destroyed my prestige badly.
It was just
enquiry of police for the post on my Facebook account which has been hacked by
someone, who may be jealous with my growing popularity. Neither police arrested me nor they
misbehaved or tortured me any point of time.
Police officers used to care myself while offering me the top class hygienic
food, tea, biscuits and cold drinks.
