Dear Sir,
On Dec. 22nd 2012 at
Adilabad Hyderabad MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owesee, delivered the speech in front of
crors of followers of the MLA. Speech was
basically to support Muslims from misdeeds committed by Government of India as
well as the States on Muslims. The theme
was just to consolidate the Muslims and Minorities vote. Intellectuals, Hindu Hardliners could not
digest the consolidation of Muslim vote.
They did not want to see MIM would become the big party in the Loak
Sabha and in other states where Muslims are in impressive position. Intellectuals, Hindu hard liners filed
several cases of hate speech against the MLA resulting arrest of the MLA. Police took immediate cognizance and send Mr.
Akbaruddin behind the bars.
History
repeats itself on 1st of Feb. 2013 Praveen Thogadia, the Hindu
Terrorist Master Mind omits Venom against Muslims at Adilabad, Hyderabad. Same place where Akbar Bhai has been arrested
to support the Muslims against the atrocities of police, administration and
public. Thogadia crossed all the
barriers of horizon of free speech and omits venom on Muslims but still he has
not arrested. The speech of Thogadia was
more hateful than Akbaruddin and criminally motivated. When people of Hyderabad reached to the
police station to file complaint, police told them they cannot arrest Thogadia,
because of jurisdiction and thrown a spade of technical error. It has come in the knowledge of the
intellectuals there are two laws in India one lenient law for Hindus second
harsh law for Muslims though for the same crime. Certainly, I appreciate the police version
technically they cannot arrest any Hindu Terrorist Master Mind. In the same district and same place when Akbar
Bhai loud the voice for the Muslims it is labelled as Hate Speech and this
Hindu Terrorist Master Mind is roam free and far away from legal action, certainly
police is doing nice job. As I expressed
my concerned when police opened fire on Muslims at Dhulia resulting 6 Muslims
killed, nice job done by police. Akbar
Bhai is in jail and this man one who is more dangerous than cobra, police
unable to arrest him. That is total
violation of fundamental rights. Now again powers will be misused by the
police.
In
my letter No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/CJ/G-Guj/HM/LM/E/142 dated 04/09/20. I express his displeasure to the judgement
for the Hindu Terrorist Babu Bajrangi and Terrorist Lady Maya Kodnani. While the crime was more heinous than Kasab
but still duo awarded to life and not death sentence. I asked some questions with the Judicial as
well as Govt. authorities, related to punishment assigned to the Muslims and Hindus,
for same crime. In my letter No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/HM/LM/E/145 dated
14/10/2012, I asked some questions with
the Judicial as well as Govt. authorities humiliation faced by the Muslims in jails
. It looks that the crime with the same
gravity alters the conditions of jails while looking the religion of the
inmates. If Muslims they will have to
undergo with atrocities and humiliation and if Hindus they will get Five Star
facilities with Kabab Biryani.
In
my letter No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/CJHCB/G-M/HM/LM/AAA/E/158 dated 24/12/2012, I express my concerned on the
Mumbai riots August 11, 2012 and
Delhi riots December 23, 2012, why police looked
inactive on Delhi protestors. Though in
Delhi one policeman expired and in Mumbai none, rather two Muslim protestors
expired in police firing in Mumbai, but when matter of filing of case comes police
registered strong case against the Mumbai protestors and not in Delhi.
Why in Dhulia on 6th Jan. 2013 police opened fire and the
100% deceased are Muslims. Why in
Gujarat out of 30 to 35 encounters 90% deceased are Muslims. From where police, ATS got the intelligence
report that the deceased was the terrorist and member of JeM, LeT. Now it has proved after the intervention of Supreme
Court that all the encounters are fake, and the deceased don’t have any link
with any of the terror module.
Speech of Praveen Thogadia is more hateful, communal and criminal than
Akbaruddin. One positive point in favour
of Akbaruddin he is the elected representative of People, while negative point
of Thogadia he is Hindu Terrorist Master Mind. Still Akbaruddin is behind the
bars and hindu terrorist master mind is roam free.
It is prayed
1. Registered the case against the Pravin Thogadia for hate speech.
2. Derecognise terrorist organisation RSS, VHP, Bajrangdal.
3. Set free to Akbaruddin.
