After
the intervention of Hon’ble Supreme Court who ordered result oriented inquiry
for all the fake encounters take place in Gujarat between 2002 to 2006. Now it is the turn of Maharashtra and Mumbai where
Muslim youths have been killed in the name of underworld, Dawood and Bombay
bomb blast of Friday, 12 March 1993. Maharashtra police
had involved in the fake encounters of the Muslim youths. In the
encounters 95% deceased were Muslims, and in all the fake encounters of
Muslims, especially between July 1993 to 2007 the same was the police version. In every encounter the same fabricated story
of police “the culprit was
the member of Dawood Gang and had a linked with underworld and police was
looking him for Bomb Blast of March 1993.
Police stop him he fired on police and in retaliation and self defence
police opened fire in which the so and so has been killed”.
At
least 400 to 500 encounters takes place after March 1993 out of which 95% are
the Muslims. I don’t have the correct
figure of the encounters take place, because I could not get the information
related to the encounters under right to information act, Assistant Police Commissioner (Crime) refused
to provide me information, related to the encounters carried out by the police
between 1993 to 2007.
Why
this is happened with Muslims only, why none of the Hindu terrorists has been gunned
down in police encounters. Though there
are ample bomb blast has been carried out by the Hindu Terrorists organisations
in India, now it has been suspect that they are involved bombing in Pak as
well.
Maximum encounters has been
carried out during the Home Ministry of Gopinath Munde of Bhartiya Janta Party,
it was looked that he had come to kill Muslim youths only, and to take vengeance
with the Muslims as he had been elected on the communal votes of Bhartiya Janta
Party. Second number is the Chaggan
Bhujbal of NCP-Congress combine and lastly a little during the home ministry of
R.R. Patil of NCP-Congress.
Indian Police Services was supposed
to be one of the fine and respected services upto seventies. But gradually the mentality of the policemen
and the officers has been changed and they become communally biased. Police is communal and targeted intentionally
to the Muslims, it has been revealed by NGO after the Dhulia Hindu Muslim riots
and one sided police firing on Muslims, resulting death of six Muslim
youths.

a report for all the encounters
