Yes, Mr. Pandaya’ hazy of murder should be solved and re investigated, in fact Modi the modern Hitler is responsible for all the unconstitutional activities in the communal Gujarat. The fascist and communal Guju people accepted the Modi's unconstitutional activities, it looks Gujarat is not the part of India. Modi govt. files an application in the High Court Gujarat, wherein she made respondent to the Hon'ble Governor of the state, while constitution says that President, Governor, CJI of Supreme Court are the immune from any types of proceedings. The murder of Mr. Pandaya must be done with political motive. The Modi and only Modi may be responsible behind the murder. The inquiry should be carried out with any autonomous body or international body. Let the ugly face of Modi should come to the public.

Modi and his cabinet are remain forward in all types of misdeeds, fairly speaking, in Gujarat especially upto when the fundamentalist forces are exists and especially Modi is the head of the State, we can not expect fair and constitutional way of trial in any matter. In fact Gujarat State is become a hub of communal disharmony. In Gujarat BJP is winning due to bad politics of Modi. Who won in the election only to show the fear of Islamic terrorism to the communal Guju people?

In fact, Modi and his cabinet are involved in every type of unconstitutional activities. Though, the Gujarat Government has been elected by the people democratically, but totally undemocratic, unconstitutional way. At the time of every election in Gujarat Narendra Modi taken Political Mileage to consolidated Hindu votes. Publicly create panic and shows the phobia of Islamic Terrorism, police personnel picked up innocent, illiterate, poor Muslim youths on the false tag of terrorism beat them up mercilessly to confess the crime, rest of the work completed by the News papers headlines & Media reports electronic and print.

Without doing through inquiry media started writing rubbish about innocent Muslim youths. Narendra Modi represented himself as the patriotic agent of Gujarat and those who have nabbed by the police as Islamic Terrorists, and people cast vote to the saffron colour the fascist party.

My letter No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/HM/LM/MT/E/60 dated 12/08/2011 of dated 12/08/2011 wherein I pointed out the unconstitutional acts of Modi of sacking out the IPS officers. Senior IPS Officer Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt, was suspended on Monday on 8th of Aug. 2011 with immediate effect. Because Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt dared to show the real face of Modi and his act against the Muslims in Gujarat in the year 2002. Merely after 3 days on Thursday the 11th Aug. 2001 after suspending Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt another IPS Officer Mr. Rahul Sharma issued a charge sheet for allegedly provided sensitive information to Nanavati Commission and the Supreme Court.

Mr. Haren Pandya was the pro Keshubahi Patel, some sort of secular mentality personal, and was against the Hitlershaee of Modi. After 2002 Gujarat Muslim Genocide, in Citizen Tribunal Mr. Pandya slammed the Modi government for its complicity in the riots.

As Modi committed unconstitutional acts earlier, he might be involved in the murder of Mr. Haren Pandya, and blame it to the innocent Muslims just kill two birds with one arrow. After Haren Pandya’s muder in the year 2003, he played the same old card of Islamic terrorism and won the election. Now the fact has been come to public.

1. Sack Modi with immediate effect, before start the reinvestigation of Haren Pandya

murder. Because Modi may effect the investigation.

3. Investigation of Haren Pandya be carried out by any autonomous body or central

agency.

2. Involvement of Modi in all fake encounters be, investigated by CBI.
