Dear Sir/ Madam,

Extradition request of Indian Government for Iqbal Mirchi be set aside. Because Indian Jail Authorities are involved in serious Human Rights Violations against the under trials. Earlier Mumbai police framed Nadeem Saifee in the murder case of Gulshan Kumar, who was murdered in the year 1997. Nadeem sought asylum in Britain, Mumbai Police files for his extradition in London, which was granted by a Bow Street Magistrate's Court.

Nadeem Akhtar Saifee pleaded in the Britain High Court against Magistrate’s Order; The London high court had favors Nadeem Plea and overturned a lower court's verdict that Nadeem be extradited. In fact, Lord Justice Christopher and Justice Paul Newman of the London high court said in the verdict of December 21, 2000 that the Indian government's extradition application and the "accusation of murder and conspiracy against Nadeem was not made in good faith and in the interests of justice".

On July 01, 2011 Denmark High Court has refused to extradite Kim Davy prime accused in 1995 Purulia arms drop case. The jury of five judges’ special bench expressed their apprehension that Davy may be tortured in India, as India has not ratified UN torture convention an International Human Rights instrument to prevent torture across the world.

On 28/9/2011, Portuguese High Court revoked the extradition of underworld don Abu Salem & terminated his extradition to India, for breach of agreement by India & for slapping offenses, which attract death penalty. A Lisbon High Court allowed the plea of extradited gangster, being tried in eight criminal cases including the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, that he be sent back to Portugal, lawyers associated with the case said.

1993 Bomb Blast at Bombay was not a terrorist attack. However, it was the annoyance of Muslims, which come out in the form of extreme step. It was the anger of Muslims against the collective efforts of then Prime Minister of India (Congress) Mr. P.V. Narsimha Rao and the Government of Utter Pradesh (BJP) Mr. Kalyan Singh who are responsible for the demolission of Babri Masjid & Government of Maharashtra (Congress) Mr. Sudhakarrao Rajusing Naik who failed to control communal riots.

Mr. P.V. Narsimha Rao and Kalyan Sing were responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid. Mr. Sudhakarrao Naik was responsible for the failure to discharge his constitutional duties and to control the Bombay Riots. The Hindu Hooligans and Gundas of Shiv Sena who were instigated by their Devil Master Mind. The goons of Shiv Sena were in full support of Bal Thakry’s provocative speeches. The police personnel were also supporting to the goons of Shiv Sena.

Indian judiciary shows its promptness to convict all the 1993 Bomb Blast activist, but not a single Shiv Senik who were involved in the Gang Rape, Mass Murder, Arson, loot of Muslims and Muslim properties were yet to be convicted in long 20 years. Rather on 31/05/2011 eleven Shiv Sainiks and 10 other Hindu Gundas involved in the 1993 riots acquitted by the session court.

1. Kindly set aside the extradition of Iqbal Mirchi. He may be tortured in Indian Jails
because of his minority background.

2. Set aside all the charges framed on Iqbal Mirchi for 1993 Bomb Blast.
