Dear Sir,

Correctly revoked the extradition by Portuguese High Court & terminated underworld don Abu Salem’s extradition to India, for breach of agreement by India & for slapping offenses, which attract death penalty. A Lisbon High Court allowed the plea of extradited gangster, being tried in eight criminal cases including the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, that he be sent back to Portugal, lawyers associated with the case said.

In fact, in India, the conditions of under trials are worst, criminals are treated as an animals, they also human beings. One should hate with the crime but not the criminals. Jails are meant to rectify the criminal mentality of a criminal and not to take revenge with the criminals only on the basis of caste & religion by the Government Authorities.

Indian Government is also liable for breach of contract or treaty which the Indian Government given in the form of Affidavit in the Portal court, and agreed to formulate a contractual obligation with Portugal Government, Indian Authorities does not carry out the intended function of the contract. As a result, a breach of contract is a legal cause of action where the binding agreement latent in the contract, is not honored by the Indian Government.

Due to breach of contract and failure to maintained the clause of the Affidavit signed by the Indian Government, which ultimately permits the Abu Salem to collect damages because of the breach of Affidavit.

A treaty is an official, express written agreement that states use to legally bind themselves. A treaty is that official document which expresses that agreement in words; and it is also the objective outcome of a ceremonial occasion which acknowledges the parties and their defined relationships.

It is the conspiracy against the Muslims across the Globe to detain them in the false tag of terrorism even the crime is not meets to any terror activity. 1993 bomb blast in Mumbai India is the result of misdeed of Government of India and the Government of U.P. Who are jointly responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid and countrywide Genocide of Muslims. State of Maharashtra was responsible for the failure to discharge its constitutional duties in the year 1993. State Government of Maharashtra had given big hand to Shiv Sena to target on Muslims by the goons of Hindu hardliner party the fascist Shiv Sena. But in long 2 decades none of the Hindu member is convicted by the Court.

It is prayed:

1. Kindly overruled the application of Indian Government, against the verdict of Lisbon High Court Portugal.

2. Impose the penalty on Indian Government for the breach of Extradition treaty and Affidavit given in the Portugal Court for the extradition of Abu Salem.
