Government of India dances on the tune of Opposition

Dear Sir,

Congress led UPA Government is dancing on the tune of BJP and playing with the sentiments of Muslims for not bringing the culprits of 1992 Babri Masjid Demolition and Gujarat 2002 Genocide of Muslims to justice. Congress Government is looking keen to hang Afzal Guru as it is demanded by the communal, Fascist party BJP. Who herself responsible for the current situation of India.

India's former Home Minister LK Advani, who led his Hindu ultra nationalist party, BJP, to power on the wave of the cry to build a 'Ram Temple' at the site of the Babri Masjid and personally oversaw its demolition on 6 December 1992, has been claiming all these years that he is not responsible for the demolition. He and his camp followers made many wild claims during these past nine years: that the central government of Narasimha Rao is responsible for the demolition, that the rivalry between certain Congress leaders led to the demolition, that Pakistan military intelligence (ISI) people provoked the mob to go on rampage, that Advani was in fact exhorting the masses not to demolish.

After 1992 demolition of Babri Masjid followed by the country wide genocide of Muslims Justice Srikrishna Commission was set up in January 1993, inspite of the Shiv-Sena Government's efforts-to, first put the report in cold storage, then a shameful act of maligning the character of an honest and an upright judge by playing communal card, the truth has come out in open exposing the perpetrators of the holocaust to public scrutiny.

The commission has submitted its report in two volumes. The first consists of seven chapters, covering the background leading to the riots of December 1992 and January 1993 and gives its finding and recommendations commensurate with its terms and reference.and submitted his report on the communal violence in Mumbai. Justice Srikrishna who probed the Bombay riots, and observed that it was Bal Thackery who personally incited Shiv Sainiks to arson and violence. Justice B.N. Srikrishna has produced a report that is unflinching in its conclusion that it has implicated the Shivsena and its leadership in the Mumbai riots of 1992-93. The report has squarely blamed Shivsena Supremo Bal Thackeray, who commanded his loyal Shiv Sainiks to retaliate by organised attacks against Muslims.

Some lapse at the part of Congress Government of Center and State of Maharashtra

a. Maharashtra Government unable to implement the commission report of Justice Srikrishna in long 3 decades. It is really a sad state of affairs. It's shameful that even the congress, which is in power since last decade in Maharashtra, has turned a blind eye towards the report. Ironically, they are the ones big on Muslim welfare and demand reservations for them everywhere. Let the congress give them justice first! Show that they mean business and truly care for the community.

b. 11 Shiv Sainiks and 10 other Hindu hooligans are set free from the legal clutches. On Monday i.e. 30^th May 2011. Once again court fails to provide justice to the victims of 1993 horrible communal riots because lack of evidence. Everybody knows Shiv Sena always remains forward in the Terror activities, gundaism, and mass murder gang rapes especially when it is related to the Muslims. So far no appeal has been moved in the higher court by the Government of Maharashtra against the acquittal.

c. Lapse at the part of Union Government to delay of six months by challenging the Allahabad High Court verdict, quashing the conspiracy charges & acquittal of the culprits like Bal Thakre, LK Advani & others in Babri Masjid demolition case in the Supreme Court of India.

A special court on Tuesday on 1^st March 2011 pronounced the death penalty for 11 convicted in the Godhra train burning case and handed down life sentence to 20 others. The prosecution had sought death sentence for all the 31 convicts, saying that it was a heinous act. However, the post Godhra Genocide culprits are still roam free committing most heinous act the genocide of a whole society.

It is prayed

1. Mercy petition of Afzal Guru should be consider by the President. Because he may be the victim of communal violence and outcome of atrocities on Muslims.

2. Implement Justice Srikrishna report at last but not lost.

3. Book Bal Thakrey & Co. in Genocide of Muslims in 1992-93, book Advani & Co. for Babri Masjid Demolition

4. Punish the Gujarat Muslim Genocide culprits.
