Sub: Communal and biased tendency of Mr. Ujjaval Nikam.

Dear Sir,

Kindly take cognizance on Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Ujjaval Nikam, having biased and communal tendency. He refused to defend the Government of Maharashtra against Hindu Terrorists Pragiya Thakur and Ors. As a Public Prosecutor he can’t refuse to defend Government in any matter. He had defended Government in all the cases in which Muslims were involved. Thus he committed a crime of communally biases attitude and violates the article of constitution of India.

Mr. Nikam used filthy, abusive bad in law languages in the press conference arranged by him or through some sponsors. Mr. Nikam is in legal profession and he is a Special Public Prosecutor appointed by Government of Maharashtra. He can’t use a filthy or abusive language against anybody even that particular has been convicted by the Court of Law. Mr. Nikam should have used the legal language rather than bad or abusive languages.

The Advocate like Nikam defames the legal profession in India through his act and conduct. An enquiry should be conducted against Mr. Nikam about his background whether he was involved in any type of communal, fascist camps arranged by any organization or whether he is working for any organization which can harm the communal harmony of India. If found guilty his registration should be cancelled and action should be taken against him according to law.
