Dear Sir,
In continuation
of my article “Kashmir
and Indian Politics”
Mr.
Kejriwal, and his AAP have also come on the track of politicians and started
speaking the language of common politicians, taken a total ‘U’ turn on the
comments made by Mr. Prashant Bhushan on Kashmir. That
is not enough, for quite some time AAP maintained distance with Mr. Prashant
Bhushan telling that comments may be his personal and does not meet with the
party’s ideology. What is the meaning of
AAP, i.e. Aam Admi Party i.e. common people’s party. What should be the ideology of common people’s
party. If the basic ideology is like any
other political party then what is the use Aam admi party.
What
is wrong if people of Kashmir wanted referendum or plebiscite on the issue of roll
back Indian Army, not only army but to decide the freedom which has been guaranteed
by the constitution of India and nothing wrong has been demanded by the people
of Kashmir. A Special status had been guaranteed
by the constitution of India to Kashmir.
Upto 1950 there was no Chief Minister in Kashmir but Prime Minister, and
Governor use to act as the President of Kashmir, powers of High Court was like Supreme
Court, no Indian legislation or law was applicable to the Kashmir, even the
Articles or Sections of IPC were also not applicable on Kashmir. If the same status Kashmiri people wanted now
what is the wrong. It is BJP and Sanghi
people with malicious intentions made several constitutional changes for
Kashmir.
People
of the country were very optimistic from Kejriwal and his AAP but it is very
disappointed that Kejriwal cannot stand for the sack of the people and roll
back the statement of Mr. Prashant now he don't have any right to rule over the
country. Mr. Kejriwal be firm, in your attitude, why you scared be brave to
speak the truth. Kashmir is not the integral part of India. It is disputed
territory and the issue is unresolved since 1947. Several political parties
have come and gone, nobody dared to speak or taken bold steps to solve the
issue of Kashmir.
Mr. Kejriwal at the initial stage
you scared, how you will handle the things. There would be a lot of trouble for
the people those who are going on the path of truth. But those who are bluff
master, corrupt, Mass Murderers supporting terrorists and their political wing
can manage the things very easily. You are labeling yourself as the AAP, if any
point of time things will conflict with opposition like BJP, Congress, but
based on the fact, then what would be your choice. To choose fact, right path
or scared with the opposition for single life threat and started banging the
tune of opposition.
The recent act of Kejriwal on
Kashmir issue and roll back by him stating that it is not party’s policy,
Kashmir is the integral part of India proved that he is not standing for the
common man. He has come in the politics
for money and other interest best known to him, because a person who cannot speak truth and cannot stand for the common man is the real politician.
Thanking you,
