   “Indian Jails are not safe for Muslims.”

 

 Dear Sir,

Pakistani national Sanullah Ranjay has murdered by Indian in Indian jail.  Media termed the incident as the revenge policy for the death of Sarabjeet Singh in Pak Jail.   If the Indians justified the act on Pak national, then what was the mistake of Qateel Siddique, why he had been murdered in Poona Yarwada Jail.   On 8^th of June 2012, Qateel Siddique had  been murdered in a very inhuman way by Hindu Hardliners in Pune’s Yarvada Jail.   

What was the mistake of 7/11 blasts accused why they have been mercilessly beaten up with batons, sticks and stones by jailor Swati Sathe and others in the year July 2008. Most of the Jail inmates fractured their legs, and they cannot provide any medical treatment.

In fact origin of assault on the culprits has started from India, first incident was reported of assault on jail inmates was in the year 2008.   Abu Salem was slapped, punched and kicked in the jail other than jail inmates and jail authorities but some outsiders who had been permitted to inter in the jail, with the collusion of the jail authorities.  Salem reported the matter to the Portugal authorities and plea to cancelled the extradition, for the breach of the affidavit made by Indian Government in the Portugal Court.  Portugal authorities taken very serious note of the application and cancelled the Salem extradition to India and ask Indian Government to handover Salem to the Portugal Authorities,

Further Portugal Authorities asked Indian Government henceforth Portugal authorities will not pay heed to any extradition request of Indian Government, because in jail inmates undergo with serious human rights violations. 

It would be improper to say that such types of treatment are unanimous with every jail inmates in India, but some selected people specially Muslims are facing humiliation and atrocities in Indian Jails.  

On 27^th day of June 2012 Muslims of Ahmadabad blast made a complained to special court that they were forcibly made nude on the pretext of frisking in presence of all jail inmates in common area.  Special court ordered an inquiry and sought the report from the Jailor.   Hindu Terrorist D.G. Wanzara and other inmates had not gone with same practice.  D G Vanzara's has an influence, in all cultural and academic functions held within the jail Vanzara was treated on equal footing with dignitaries with whom he sat and share the dais too, utpto when he transferred to the Navi Mumbai Jail, after the matter reported to the higher authorities.  Same was in case of Indian Terrorist Sarabjeet Singh; his death has created sensation in India.  Media creates a lot of fuss; Prime Minister shares the condolence to the Terrorist family.  Is it not shame at the part of Indian Government?  Punjab Government and Union of India given relief package to the Terrorist family.  

In another incident on September 19, Hindu Terrorist Bajrangi and his associates threatened three Muslims accused of serial blasts case - Mohammed Ismail, Abbas Sameja and Javed Ahmed near the hospital. "They spoke scornfully to the Muslim community and Islam.  Bragging about his political clout, he threatened to kill each of the blast accused and said that they will teach us a lesson like they did in the 2002 Gujarat riots.

In every case of Hindu Terrorist they enjoyed full pleasure life in Jails.  D.G. Vanzara, Babu Bajrangi, Maya Kodnanai et al.  They all enjoyed pleasure especially homemade food, prolonged visiting hours, AC cabin and free roaming in jail without any obstacle.  That is the fact jail authorities favor some particular caste culprits.  

Assault on prisoner in India is common practice.  But there are a lot of Indian prisoners lodged in Pak jails.  If Pakistanis started attacking Indian prisoners then situation will worsened as far as peace talks are concerned.  Indian Government Authorities, Jail staff should behave sensible without any favor they should follow the jail manual strictly to avoid any untoward situation.
