Modesty of Muslim Women is in danger in India.

Dear Sir,

Women are the respected members of the society.  They should be given respect neglecting their religion, caste, culture and way of living.  But in India this philosophy is looking in different way.  Indians love and respect the ladies on the basis of caste, creed and culture.  After the visit of Pak foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar,  in the year 2011,   Times Group and other press started maligning the image of a lady in press with malicious, wrong articles on her personal life.  This shows the mentality of Indian press and the media persons, one who never hesitate to malign the image of a Minister in public.  If at all the allegations were right then who are the media to peep up in the personal affairs of unknown lady. 

This time the Hindu Press “Samana” played the same role and given frivolous and baseless article in his cover page, along with the photographs of the veiled women.  In this all episode as usual police played the vital role to tarnish the image of Muslim Women and the students. 

Hindu press Samna violates the code and conduct of Press council of India and resolution of UNO Charter 48/104, Article 1 which says “violence against women means any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or in private life.”

Hindu news paper Samna always using derogatory, inflammatory language against Muslims.  Editor Prem Shukla is liable to punish according to law and the circulation of Samna be banned and cancel the Registration of Samna, for defaming the particular society members in public.

In my letter No. ZAK/NP/CJI/P/PM-I/P-Ir/PM-P/PM-C/P-USA/PM-UK/E/172 dated 08/03/2012, I raised five common false propaganda spreaded by the Indian Government Authorities and saffron public.  False propaganda after 1993, that every Muslim is terrorists.  Police played important role to destroy the respect and honor of Muslim youths while arresting them under the false charges of terrorism and labeled the Madrassa education, (Islamic Education School) as the breeding and training centre of jihadis.  There was a misinterpretation and hoax about Madrassa education spreaded by Jiwes lobby.  In India the RSS, Bajrang Dal and VHP adopted same line of action and malign Madrassa Education.  On later stage it is proved that Madrassas are nothing to do with Jihad, it is the agenda of Saffron Terrorists which is following by the Indian police, army and administration, just to malign the image of Muslims.

Now it’s turn for the Muslim women, school and college going girls.  It was only expected after getting humiliation on the Madrassa and illegal detention of Muslim youths, Hindu terrorists will attack on Muslim women.   One article published in Hindu Samna by Ashish Bansode on 30^th March 2013, on that article NAVAL BAJAJ Additional Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) issued office circulation to keep strict vigil and keep an eye on Muslim Women.  Now question before issuing a serious departmental circular is it not necessary to take permission from Home Department.  If Mr. Bajaj had taken Home Department into confidence before issuing such an absurd circular then home ministry is also guilty and an action is required to take on Home Minister of Maharashtra.  If home department is unaware about such types of development then action is required to take on Naval Bajaj.  Saffron Terrorists will take advantage of such types of circular, and will act like moral police and keep dirty eyes on Muslim women and School College going girls.  Police will hide up his face behind the circular; crime will increase on particular women of the society, which is very serious issue.   As in several Muslim related issues saffron elements are doing.       

I am sure if the situation will not come in control, than that day is not very far when the Hindu Press like Samna will insist police to keep an eye on teenage boys of 5 to 8 years old, they are getting jihadi training.  Police will issue circular to keep an eye on teenage Muslim boys. 

It is prayed

1.   Set aside such types of absurd circular to keep a vigil on Muslim Women, which disturbed their peace and the modesty of women is in danger.

2.  Take action on NAVAL BAJAJ Additional Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) if circular is issued without taking home department into confidence.

3.  Ban Hindu Press Samna for his provocative articles.

4.  Take action on Prem Shukla editor of Hindu Samna
