Who will care and wipe these tears?????

Dear Sir,

Do anybody in the Globe to take care of Kashmiri Muslims?  Indian public as well as Government authorities always remains forward to spread false propaganda.  For Kashmir it is common belief of the Indians that Kashmiri Pandits are facing atrocities from Jihadis.  I have never come across any authentic proof of any atrocities on Kashmiri Pandits which is evident by the testimony.  But Muslims are facing acute trouble in Kashmir with the hands of Indian Army.  This is reference to the news documentary “Search for missing kin…….. binds Kashmiri”. It is very painful that Indian army picked up several boys aged 16 to 20 years and they are untraceable.  So far 10,000 such cases have been reported the persons had been picked up by the security forces and they are untraceable some of them untraceable since 1980 or 1990.  In several cases the false propaganda of Indian government has opened and real picture and facts have come in front of the international community.  The misconception with regards to the minorities in India specially Muslims and Christians that they are safe and doing well is totally wrong and hoax, which is spread just to collect the Funds from world bank for the up liftment of the minorities.

First False:  propaganda that minorities are doing well in India especially Muslims, but fact is totally different, minorities are treated as second class citizens in India.  The conditions of Muslim dominated colonies and areas are worst and facing scarcity of basic amenities water, electricity and sanitation.  Matter already brought in the notice of Government Authorities through letter Nos. My letter No. ZAK/MC/CP-TMC/JA-MLA/E/141 dated 28/12/2012 and ZAK/PM/MSG/EM-IM/RG/JA-MLA/E/159 dated 28/12/2012.   

Second False: propaganda and labeled every Muslims as a terrorist and linked them with Jihadi organizations.  Linked every bomb blast with Muslims and arrest of several innocent Muslims most of them are still in Jails and waiting for their turn to come.  Bomb blast taken place in Muslim dominated areas were also linked to the Muslims because of false propaganda that Muslims are terrorists till the hands of Hindu Terrorists opened in every blast taken place in Muslim dominated areas including Goa, Hariyana (Sanjhota Express) and Ajmer Sharief.

Third False:  propaganda Kasab has been provided chicken briyani and had enjoyed five star facilities in the jail.  This was totally wrong and opened the wrist of the false statement. Fact is that Kasab faces very inhuman treatment in Indian Jails.  He was suffered with Dengue the fetal disease, but the jail authorities come to know about his illness after five days.  It is possible that he had been expired in the jail itself and execution of his death sentence would be a drama. To make true that drama the execution of Afzal Guru done in the same line and Indian Authorities kept everything secret.  Even his family members are also not informed and opportunity had not given Afzal to meet his family before moves to the gallows.  Indian Authorities committed serious Human Rights Violations. 

As far as false propaganda of Kasab is getting Five Star facilities in jail has disproved but the five star facilities to the Hindu Terrorists Babu Bajrangi, D.G. Wanzara and many others is proved in communal Gujarat Jails.

Fourth False: propaganda that Kashmiri Pandits are facing atrocities with the Jihadis and Indian draconian forces are humans with Kashmiri Muslims.  There are several cases reported to the International community regarding the inhuman treatment of Indian wolf army with the Muslims of Kashmir.  After freedom moment in the year 1990 it is evident that more than 1,00,000 civilians have been killed by the wolf Indian Army and 10,000 are missing.  It is also reported in most of the cases Indian Army used to enter the houses of the Muslims and gunned down innocent citizens and blamed the act done by Jihadis.

I have not come across any proof for the Kashmiri Pandits any one of them are facing any atrocities in Kashmir.  In comparison of one lakh Muslims with the hands of Indian communal army if merely 100 Kashmiri Pandits are unsafe we cannot equate such a situation as atrocities on Kashmiri Pandits.  

Fifth False: propaganda that Pak is having jihadi camps and harboring jihadis in India, what about the Hindu Terrorists camps exists in India, who are involved in the bombing in Pak as well.  False propaganda has been spread that Pak is inhuman, but fact and data tells something different.  Surjeet Singh, who was arrested on charges of spying for RAW in 1980  had released from Pak Jail after his death sentence altered to life term in Pakistan.  Surjeet Singh in press conference at Chandigar India said that every Government Authorities and Jail Staff of Pak was cordial and he never felt that he is in Jail. Further he said he enjoyed in Pak Jail, Surjeet Singh was pleased about the hospitality of Pak Jail for the Indian. Sarabjeet Singh Indian national was arrested in bombing at Lahore in 1990 and convicted in 1991, but still not hanged.  Indian opposition, public and government blame Pak of inhuman.  It is enough to understand who is inhuman, Pak one who has feed two terrorist more than 3 decades and handed over one of them to Indian authorities safely or one who hanged the Ajmal Kasab and could not provide meal even more than 4 years.  

Let international community should understand the dual policy of India.  Target the Muslims and getting the sympathy of international community in the name of Jihadi activities and malign the image of Muslims.  International community should take immediate cognizance on Kashmir, and pass the resolution on Kashmir issue.

It is prayed

1.   Ask India to liberate Kashmir.

2.  Ask India to remove her bases and demilitarize Kashmir.

3.  Depute the international Army or UNO forces in Kashmir.

4.  UNO should monitor the situation in Kashmir.

5. Impose economic and trade embargo on India who committed serious human rights violations of Minorities and Muslims in India and Kashmir.

6.  Any other relief as the authorities deem fit and proper.
