MIM withdraws support from Congress at Centre and State of Andhara.
Dear Sir,
Right
decision by the right person Mr. Asaduddin Owasi, to withdraw support from the
Congress Government at Centre and the state of Andhra Pradesh on the issue of
misrepresentation of Muslims by the Congress Government. Every Muslim leader wanted to safeguard to
their community members i.e. Muslims, but with different platform and political
parties. Why this difference in the
opinion, if cause is single; protection of Muslim members, safeguard of Muslims
from atrocities then why the difference of opinion. So far no political party is faithful or
sincere to the Muslim issues; every political party is playing with Muslim
sentiments, doing false promises at the time of election, and on those false
promises they are winning election and after winning forget to keep promise
alive. Now time has come that Muslims
should have their own political representation in the Parliament or political
party.
After
1947, congress Government remains forward to deprive the Muslim rights. Babri
Masjid of Muslims has been demolished in the year 1992 and grabbed by the
saffron elements, all the misdeeds has been played by the Congress
executives. On December 22, 1949 the
idol of Lord Ram was placed in the mosque.
No one dared to remove the idol despite the directives of Prime Minister
Jawaharlal Nehru to Chief Minister of state of Uttar Pradesh Govind Ballabh
Pant to remove it. The district collector Mr Nayyar expressed his inability to
get the idol removed he said he would prefer to be relieved of the charge
rather than carry out the orders.

Gandhi opened the lock of the Babri
Masjid, Narsimha Rao was responsible for the demolition of the Babri Masjid. It
is the correct time for the Muslim politicians to forget all the political
disputes and misunderstandings and come to single platform and form their own
political party. Some constituencies in
UP, Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra Karnataka, Andhara Predesh, Kerela, Bihar, West
Bengal and Assom have enough Muslim population and can elect representative of
their choice, at least on 75 to 100
seats Muslim candidates can win easily from selected Muslim majority section.
Right from the partition of
India in the year 1947 Muslims whosoever remain in India were Indians, but the
people of India specially Public Servants in the form of Police and other
public servants and public of India treated them as anti Indians. That brings a lot of misunderstanding and
feeling of unsafe amongst the Muslims.
None of the Political parties
are faithful for the Muslims and concerned to their issues basically education,
housing and economy. The Samajwadi Party
one who is beating the drum and labelling herself as the guardian of Muslims, Akhilesh Yadav government of Samajwadi Parti formed
in March 2012, the communal situation of
Uttar Pradesh is worsening day by day. Till now over 35 incidents of communal
violence have been witnessed so far and out of them over a dozen incidents were
full fledged communal riots between the two major religious communities of the
state. In Noida UP after the demonstration by the
Muslims on the controversial film on Prophet of Islam, police opened the fire,
on the Muslim protestors wherein 12 Muslims have lost their life.
In the month of May-June 2010,
I was on the trip to South India. I was
very much shocked see the incidents of encroachment by the saffron brigade on
the land of monuments and built up Temples on the heritage monuments land. At
Golkunda Fort at the top near about 1 to 2 Kms of land has been grabbed for the
temple. People are doing puja and a priest is sitting in the temple. Similarly I had seen a big veranda of
Charminar 600 to 700 Sq.ft. captured by the saffron alliance and a temple has
been built on that veranda. I had raised
the issue to the central Government of India vide letter No. Nil of dated
08/06/2010 subsequently with follow up the letters ZAK/PM/CM-A/TM-A/AOMP/DGAS/E/006 dated 15/09/2010 & ZAK/CJI/P/PM/HM/LM/E/24
of dated 14/12/2010. Why these saffron
elements wanted to grabbed the land of Monuments built up by the Muslim Nawabs
or Kings. I have not come across any incident of
encroachment for temple, on the monuments created by the Hindu King by these
saffron elements. This is planned game
by these Saffronities to wipe out the good work done by the Mugal or Muslim
King in India.
In the year May 2012 I had a trip to the cities of M.P. Indore, Dhar and a Historic place
Mandu. I observed the couple of
mischievous experience created by the saffron elements Bajrang Dal, VHP, RSS. At Dhar Dhar,
mischievous problem makers fanatic Hindu group in the form of Bajrang Dal, RSS
and VHP try to grab the Jami Masjid of Moslem.
Masjid was first built in 1305 by Ain-ul-Mulk Multani for dargah
of Sufi saint Kamalludin Maullah, a disciple of Nizamuddin Auliya. Trouble
started in 1902, when Kashinath Krishna Lele, who was the District
Superintendent of Education, found that some slabs of Kamal Maula mosque
premises engravings were in Prakrit and Sanskrit. On the basis of this, Lele
said that this was a Bhojshala. Subsequently, in 1904, the complex was declared
a protected monument under the Marathas and the British. It was in 1935 that
for the first time the name Bhojshala officially attached itself to Kamal Maula
when the civic administration placed a board outside the complex calling it
Bhojshala-Kamal Maula mosque. And here
lies the genesis of the dispute over the monument and Hindus forcibly started pooja there, and Muslims are restricted to
enter in the premises on every Tuesday. Second incident of Karbala Medan which was in
the legal possession of Muslims well before 1947, but Bajrang Dal, VHP wanted
to built a temple of Nagdevta and Temple of Hanuman in the middle of the
ground. Bajrang Dal, VHP along with the
BJP MLA forcibly installed some saffron stones there and the place has become
disputed. I had written a letter to all
the concerned authorities of the central Government and the State of M.P. vide
letter No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/CJMP/HM/LM/CM/MPH-MP/E/125 dated
14/05/2012, but central Government had not initiated any action.
It is prayed
1. All Muslim
Parliamentarians to ignore their political differences, and form a single political
party.
2. Press
Government in the Parliament, to build the Babri Masjid at its original site if Supreme Court judgement did not favour the Muslim faith then pass a bill like Shahbano.
3. Release of
all the Muslims w.i.e. arrested by ATS with communal intention on the false
charges of Terrorism.
4. Pass anti
communal riots bill in the parliament.
