Finally, on
Friday 31st Day of August 2012, verdict of Naroda Patiya massacre
pronounced by the special judge Jyotsna Yagnik, against the terrorist lady Maya
Kodnani and terrorist Master Mind Babu Bajrnagi. Naroda Patiya Ahmadabad Gujarat seen worst
Hindu Muslim communal riots in the year 2002.
But whatever punishment assigned the duo is not absolute. Because whatever crimes they have committed
against the humanity is not meet to their punishment. This terrorist lady Maya Kodnani is a doctor
by profession and she is Gynecologist. A
gynecologist doctor one who gives life to the women and newborn infants and she
was the Minister for women welfare and child development.
Some observations which makes my view strong, that punishment is not absolute specially to
Dr. Maya Kodnani.
1. She is a
lady and a lady is supposed to be the soft in nature always avoid cruel
treatment. Still culprit Maya Kodnani
committed the heinous crimes mostly with ladies and small children.
2. She is a
doctor specially gynecologist one who gives life to the expected mothers and take
care to the infant, still she committed crimes against the pregnant ladies, and
small children. A doctor one who
provides the life and not taking the life.
3. She was the
Minister for Women Welfare and Child development, she ignores the welfare of
Muslim ladies and teenage children. She
committed the crimes against the ladies and teenage children.
After
looking her educational background the crime of Terrorist lady Maya Kodnani
against humanity become more heinous because it has been committed by an
educated and professionally qualified doctor against some particular
community. She committed crime against
humanity in a full sense of understanding of mind. One who knew the gravity of punishment and
still committing crime of highest value that meance that person think that he
or she can keep judiciary and law in his or her pocket. It looks Maya Kodnani might have thought that
judiciary is the slave of her castle she is living in Gujarat and she is
authorised to commit any crime of terror on Muslims, no body will grabs her collar.
Babu
Bajrangi is the gunda in nature as he has been linked to the Hindu Terrorist
organisation the Bajrang Dal. It is
expected with the terrorist Babu Bajrangi he can commit the crime against
Muslims as Bajrang Dal always remain forward to commit crime against Muslims.
If we will
compare the nature of crime committed by Kasab and these two Hindu Terrorists,
we will find later killed more people with some particular community. But when the matter of sentence comes Kasab
has been awarded punishment of death, while these two Hindu terrorists
life. Why this differentiation in
justice. I would like to bring some points differentiate the Act of Kasab and
these Hindu terrorists.
1. Kasab was juvenile merely 17 years and 280 days old at the time of crime. Can not apply
his mind at his own. Whereas Hindu
Terrorists were adult and had good sense of mind.
2. Kasab is
totally illiterate and not well versed with the consequences behind the
crime. Whereas Hindu Terrorists are well
educated, Maya Kodnani is the Doctor and Babu Bajrangi is running his own
business and legal expert. Both Maya
and Babu are well versed and know the consequences behind the heinous
crimes.
3. Kasab killed merely 54 persons indiscriminately no
teenage children no women. Whereas Hindu
Terrorists killed 97 only Muslims including pregnant women, teenage children
aged about 5 to 10 years and old men.
4. Kasab killed indiscriminately who have come in the range of his gun. Whereas Hindu Terrorists killed only selected
people who were Muslims only.
5. At the time
of justice Kasab awarded to death, while these hindu terrorist Babu Bajrangi
life and terrorists lady 18 years. Is it
justice, where is justice??
As terrorist
lady Maya Kodnani and terrorist master mind Babu Bajrangi are supported by the
Guj. Police, Administration and Public it is not possible they will get a harsh
treatment in the jail. They will get FIVE
STAR facilities along with Briyani, Chicken and all
the accessories of pleasure their punishment will be hospitality in the Gujarat
jails. Same as in case of D.G. Wanjara
another terrorist and culprit of the cold blood murder of the innocent Muslims
in Gujarat, who is in Sabarmati Jail and enjoying full pleasure life. He is collecting the hafta with other jail
inmates in jail for a temple in the jail campus.
On 2nd
day of Sept. 2012 Bombay High Court confirm the death sentence of accused of
rape and murder of BPO employee at Poona in 2007. If judiciary can pronounce the sentence, hanged until death for merely single rape and murder then why not multiple
murder and rape of some particular community.
It is prayed
a. Compensate the victimise Muslim families from the pocket of the
culprits.
b. Impose the damages on Gujarat Govt. failing to control the riots and
life of the Muslims and distribute the amount amongst all the victims of riots.
c. Alter the punishment assigned to the Terrorist Lady Maya Kodnani
and Babu Bajranngi hanged until death.
d. Please justice to the Kasab punishment, as
in point C of prayer culprits got life, alter the death punishment of Kasab to
life for same crime.
e. Reserve 20% Muslims in police force, Army, Judicial and Administrative
services.
f. Ban Bajrangdal, VHP, RSS as their hand opened in communal riots and terror activities.
g. Pass Anti Communal riots bill immediately.
h. Any other relief as the authorities deem fit
and proper.
