Indian Muslims and Justice.

Congress led UPA Government is following the policy of Israel as far as terrorism is concerned. Government of India is following the path of terrorist nation Israel. Several Union Ministers, Police Officers and bureaucrats had gone to Israel and learn a planned training how to destroy the young potential of Muslims.

Not only Government of India, but judicial system is also stand in the witness box. Who are behaving like a blind statue, and not taking early cognizance to hear the Petitions of under trial Muslims for the charges of Terrorism. They remained in the jail without trial started and hangaround for their turn to come, for the crimes, which they have not committed. When matter comes for hearing and for the final disposal, the time passed like bullet and the young hood of the youths destroyed in the jail. There should be full stop on that type of false defective system. The officer concerned should have to pay heavy penalty, if the prima facie case has not been maintained against the youth, and still he has been arrested.

It is the reference of the news article in The Times of India, wherein one Amir has been acquitted in 17 cases out of 19 booked against him. He was teenager when he was arrested for the charges planting two bombs in Sadar Bazaar area at Delhi. Now he is 34 years old and spent almost his entire life in the jail. He was acquitted by the court and released from the jail last month after a long legal battle.

Arresting an innocent and destroying his life is common practice by the police or ATS, the officer concerned is not doing their duty honestly, they are developing more terrorists while arresting the innocent for the false charges. The harassment which their family members would have faced after the arrest. Police might have harassed to the female members of the family while going to arrest the innocent on the charges of terrorism. Other members of the family would have become suspicious characters for the neighbors which destroyed the prestige of the person concerned very badly. That is not happened in case of Hindu terrorist or hooligans.

Same trick has been adopted by the Israel security agencies, West and USA. Arresting of Muslim youths, teenagers in the false tag of terrorism and destroyed their life. Indian Judicial authorities are following the same path.

On 07 March 2012 at Ahmadabad 6 Hindus acquitted by the court, due to poor investigation by the police in a 2002 riots-related case. Six Hindu hooligans burnt alive one Firoz and his mother Hamida Banu while they were on their way towards Rakhial Crossroads on April 21, 2002. The victims were on a motorcycle when the duo was intercepted by a mob near Parmanand's Chawl in Gomtipur area. The accused pore petrol on mother & son torched on road in broad daylight. However, the police failed to produce the case in proper manner which resulted them acquittal.

I would like to ask to the Government of India and Judicial system why jihad is not necessary on Muslims. If Government, Judicial system, Administrative department is acting one sided, then what the aggrieved Muslims will do. Same thing happened after the Babri Masjid demolition and Bombay riots Dec. 1992 to Feb. 1993. Police have not supported the Muslims, industrialist distributed charities after asking the names. Hospitals were closed for Muslims. Even in the Mumbai local trains Muslims are not allowed to sit on the seat by the goons and gundas of Shiv Sena. When tolerance of Muslims stopped and they would not get proper treatment from the Government machinery then they approached the Don and Mujahid Dawood Ibrahim, and Mumbai shook with the bomb blast of March 1993. In which Shiv Sena Bhavan also included. Such types of treatment of Government machinery will produce more jihadis.

It is very ironical in communal riots innocent Muslims set on fire, but the culprits are acquitted due to the poor case filed by the police. In other hand the innocent Muslims have been arrested by the police on the false charges of Terrorism with strong case registered against them and they are still in Jails, where we are going, is it justice.

Union Home Ministry is looking keen to establish NCT center to nab more innocent Muslims on the false charges of Terrorism. Who is going on the line of Israel. Recent attack on the Israel diplomat in the month of Feb. 12, may be planned by the Israel herself or it would be the dirty politics of Home Ministry. They wanted to establish the NCT centre in the country, who can work independently and empowered for the search of the houses and arrest to anybody on the suspicion. A detail inquiry is required to follow, and unveiled the person behind the veil who is shooting the gun keeping the butt on the shoulders of Terrorism. Because NCTC will work on the line of Israel security agencies. Formation of ATS is also one part of communal policies. Now it is proved in several cases ATS members played the biased role while discharging their duty.

Constitution of India is secular in nature, then why in every police Stations, Commissioner Office across India having Temple in the campus of Police Stations, which is anti constitutional. Breeding of anti Muslim policy starts from here. Why a temple is required in pubic place on public land specially in the office of judicial enforcing body. That mentality of police officers are forcing him to act prejudice in nature.

It is prayed

a. Start proceeding in all terror related cases immediately. As 95% Muslims are arrested in the terror related cases and they are waiting for their turn to come, most of them are innocent.

b. Enact Anti Communal Riots Bill in the Parliament.

c. Reserve 20% Muslims in police force, Army, Judicial and Administrative services.

d. Legislature should be pass against the arrest of innocent in the name of

terrorism.

e. Remove all anti constitutional structures from police stations.

f. Any other relief as the authorities deem fit and proper.
