Dear Sir,
Political parties, political leaders are baking their bread on the issue of Bomb Blast of Mumbai on 13/07/2011. As usual, senior Bhartiya Janta Party leader L.K. Advani played the old communal card and vomit venom. A simple question to Mr. Advani who spreaded communal disharmony in the year 1992, in the form of Rath Yatra, which starts from Somnath and moved all over India? Who is responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid and Genocide of Muslims? Mr. Advani balms Pakistan for the Terror attack who himself is a Pakistani National. Who hails from Pakistan took refuge in India, played the Hindu cards and with Hindu sentiments in the form of Ram Mandir. Advani has not come with clean hands as far as communal harmony is concerned. BJP, Sangh Parivar and all the communal mentality people are responsible for the Present India. BJP sown the seeds of thrown would not expect to get mangoes.
Why, these political parties like Shiv Sena, BJP come out from the hibernation and crowing like rainy frogs only at the time of any attack. Shiv Sena, BJP demanded the tough laws against the terrorism. Nothing will happen after enacting the tough law. Police and the investigating agencies instead of capturing the real culprits misuse the law against the Muslims. We have seen several unjust police action against the Muslims after 1993 bomb blast. Uncountable innocent Muslim youths killed in fake encounters under the Home Ministry of Gopinath Munde and after him Chaggan Bhujbal, in the false tag of terrorism.
After 2003 Gujarat Muslim Genocide same tactic adopted by the Gujarat Police. Out of 21 encounters 16 persons were Muslims who killed by the police.
Shiv Sena and BJP are the big biased of Muslims they are advocating the strict law but if the same law applied on Hindus they started creating panic. After 1993 all over India the 90% TADA and other terror laws applied on Muslims, remaining 10% were Hindus under these draconian laws. Out of these 90%, most of Muslims were innocent and unnecessarily arrested by the police. That is the misuse of any law.
Investigating agencies should investigate the attack with every angle and who is behind the bomb blast. Normally low intensity blast with Ammonium Nitrate is carried out by the Hindu Terrorists in the previous blasts. The mods operandi should also be scan. Possibility of their hand may not be ruled out.
Strict law is not the solution of any untoward situation but necessity is to modernise the police system with highly sensitively equipments. We should be the capable to detect the threat rather than after act to arrest and detained the culprits or innocents in strict laws.
