Dear Sir,
Police
always doing shallow inquiry some time due to negligence and some time
deliberately to safeguard the culprit, because some influence, resulted the
real culprits are at par and the innocents are paying the value for the act of
commission or omission. This is with
reference to the murder culprit, who had murdered Shaheen Nisha Khan 21 years an
innocent MBA student. The girl was not
interested in the boy and constantly refused his proposal of marriage, but
according to the police report published in The Times of India news paper on
dated 7/1/2014 wherein police blamed on the deceased girl and tried to project
the murder culprit Ganesh Suryawanhi as the innocent.
In my letter
No. ZAK/CJI/P/PM/CJHCB/G-M/AHSN/HM/LM/AAA/E/139 of
dated 21/08/2012, and article “Mumbai riots V/s Government of
Maharashtra.” rightly observed the act
committed by the Hindu hardliners but police without doing proper inquiry
arrested at least 62 Muslim youths on the charges of rioting.
My letter
No. ZAK/CJI/P/CJ-HCB/HM/LM/RG/CM-M/E/63 dated 21/08/2011 “Do Police Personnel are the legal
terrorits???????...” In the said letter and
article I raised the finger on the act
of police, on 13th July 2011 after the Mumbai blast police had
arrested a 39 years old Muslim youth Faiz Usmani and tortured to death in
Police Station at Chembur. Here also
police failed to picked up the real culprits and of course the victim of police
rage was an innocent man.
Sometime
police deliberately wanted to file a case in wrong context, just to safeguard the
real culprits. In the year Nov. 2011, my
son had been beaten up in the school, mercilessly by the P.T. instructor Pawar,
when I approached to the police station to lodge the complaint, police trying
to lodged the complaint on the name of Sister and Principal with an intention
to blame on the Management of the School, I forcibly asked police officer I don’t
have any grievance with School management or Sister or father of the school,
but with the P.T. instructor Pawar. On my
forceful request they have omitted the name of school management and registered
complaint on the name of P.T. instructor Pawar.
Police
are always doing negligent job, there are several cases and blame on the act of
police for the death of innocent.
