Result oriented
inquiry carried out by CBI, in communal Guj. with regards to the fake encounter
of Ishrat Jahan & three others. CBI
will submit its report on 4th of July 2013. Some big names are
expected to come for the task, and will behind the bars for the crime against
humanity. In fact Modi and Amit Shah
combined are the main culprits in every crime in communal Guj. Name of Amit Shah has come out as the main
conspirator in encounter of Sorabuddin, Kausar Bi, Tulsi Prajapati but Modi managed
the way to save himself, because of his influence IB is giving alerts about the
jihadis of LeT who are on the mission to kill him, though this is proved that
IB had given fake alerts, but it is beyond to understand, that Modi don’t know
anything with regards to the encounters.
Only Amit Shah is not enough Modi the head of the State is responsible
for every unconstitutional activities in Guj.
BJP is winning
election in Guj. to spread communal hatred against some particular members of
the society. Upto when Sorabuddin
encounter had not been declared fake and the name of master mind Amit Shah has
not declared as the main conspirator, Sorabuddin had projected as a terrorists
and BJP collected the vote on the corpses of Muslims.
After Sorabuddin,
Tulsi Prajapati and Kausar Bi, now it is proved that encounter of Ishrat was
stage and fake, there is no doubt on it and she was killed in cold
blooded. Now question is, if Ishrat was
killed in fake encounter then what would be the compensation to her family. In
the interest of justice to the economically and educationally backward family
of the deceased, a proper compensation be fix on Guj Government and from the
pockets of the culprits as well.
After all the
encounters in Guj. Supreme Court has to intervene in the murder of Haren Pandya.
Hon’ble Gujarat High Court has acquitted all the Muslims who were
projected as the accused for the Murder of Haren Pandya. Modi and BJP looted the vote in that year and
Modi bake his cake on the name of Islamic Terrorism and projected the false
face of Muslims in front of the Guj. people and defamed the Muslim
society.
It is request
1. Kindly fix compensation
on Guj. Government as well as culprits pocket for Ishrat’s family.
2. Mystery of Haren Pandya
should be carry out with CBI or any higher body.
3. Any other relief as the
authorities deem fit and proper.
