Dear Sir,
Impose President's rule (or Central Rule) in the State of Gujarat as there is total failure of constitutional machinery and dissolved state legislature and placed under direct federal rule Under Article 356 of the Constitution of India, which gives the central government the authority to impose president's rule in any state if there has been failure of the constitutional machinery in the state.
The Gujarat Government of Narendra Modi the Genocide culprit of Muslims in 2002 should be sacked U/A 365 of Constitution of India. There is serious constitutional break down in the state, and there is no law and order remains in the state. Modi the ugly monster is the Hitler of Modern world. He committed the Holocaust of Muslims in the year 2002. Now he is doing unconstitutional activities by sacking and suspending the officer of highest rank in police services who dared to speak the truth against Modi, and brought the ugly face of Modi for justice. His development work is the phobia and mirage.
Senior IPS Officer Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt, is suspended on Monday on 8th of Aug. 2011 with immediate effect. Because Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt dared to show the real face of Modi and his act against the Muslims in Gujarat in the year 2002. Merely after 3 days on Thursday the 11th Aug. 2001 after suspending Mr. Sanjeev Bhatt another IPS Officer Mr. Rahul Sharma issued a charge sheet for allegedly provided sensitive information to Nanavati Commission and the Supreme Court.
In my letter ZAK/CJI/P/PM/HM/LM/E/51 dated 26/06/2011, I rightly observed that Modi Government of Gujarat and saffron brigade is involved in miscarriage of justice, which is proved now if IPS police officers faces action of highest value after testimony against Gujarat Government, which prove that Modi administration is involved in miscarriage of Justice and is liable to dissolve U/A 356.
Though a long list of IPS officers who are the victims of Gujarat Government’s head Hitler Modi’s atrocities.
1. Mr. Rahul Sharma 2. Mr. Vivek Srivastav 3. Mr. Himanshu Bhatt 4. Mr. Rajnish Rai
5. Mr. R.B. Sreekumar 6. Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt.
These all officers are targeted by the Modi Administration after their unbiased and fair services at the time of Gujarat Muslims Genocide 2002 or after arrest of Bajragdal, VHP or RSS Terrorists or after disobey the unconstitutional orders of Home Minister of Gujarat or after revel the truth in front of Nanavati Commission and Supreme Court which goes against criminal and Genocide culprit Modi.
This is the high time to utilise the power of Article 356 by the Center, which gives wide powers to the central government to assert its authority over a state. If center utilize the power of Article 356 for Gujarat there is no harm because since the adoption of Indian constitution in 1950, the central government has used this article more than a 100 times to dissolve elected state governments and impose President's rule.
The article was used for the first time in Punjab 20 June 1951 and then in state of Patiala and East Punjab States union (PEPSU) and then during Vimochana Samaram to dismiss the democratically elected Communist state government of Kerala on July 31, 1959.
BJP spoke person Arun Jaitley react sharply on the statement of Home Minister Mr. P.Chidambaram Arun Jaitley should know that genocide of minorities and then attempts to destroy evidence and then victimization of honest officers who object to this is not State Matter. The Center has every right and duty to intervene and stop all these criminal activities of the state govt. Modi is not above law. In fact, I am surprised as to why does PC want the officer in question to raise the rule. Is it not the duty of the Center to act proactively? Why is Modi still out of jail while Kasab is languishing in prison?
It is request:-
1. Sack Gujarat Government of Narendra Modi U/A 356, and impose the President Rule in the State with immediate effect.
2. Shift all the cases of Gujarat Muslim Genocide 2002 out of Gujarat.
3. Shift all the cases of fake encounters of Muslims after 2002 out of Gujarat as the State Government along with Saffron Terrorists Bajragdal, RSS, VHP are involved in miscarriage of Justice.
