Mohammed Fasih Moinuddin Ahmed Khan is now become familiar face to the Professors of law in Agnel School of Law as he conquered India subsequently the State of Maharashtra in moot court competition and declared as the best Advocate of Moot.
Principal of the college felicitate Mohammed Fasih with the memento and declared as the proud moment for college when felicitate him on State and National level.
After looking his legal knowledge and wisdom Fasih has been appointed as the Legal Intern in the Court of Hon’ble Lordship Mr. Justice Madhav Jamdar of Bombay High Court. Now he become the member of legal team of Justice Jamdar.
Our correspondent from Autonomous Journalist Team discussed with Mohammed Fasih for his future planning. After completion of his legal bachelors he is planning to pursue Bar at Law at Lincoln's Inn Society at Harvard Law School London or Inner Temple where ever he will get admission.
On the question of joining the Indian politics or would like to become part of International politics his answer was totally reluctant. So far he is not interested in politics but future God knows.
To whom he considered as his roll model. Of course his answer my father the Advocate Moinuddin Ahmed Khan and his religious head his Murshid.
Mohammed Fasih is influenced from his educated family homely environment. His father is an Advocate, grand father was the Dean of Medical College a Professor. Paternal Grand father and mother are the retired Professor and Principal respectively. Retired Government officers from Ministry of Finance, Journalists, Engineers and officers completing the family list of Uncles.
Since from beginning Fasih has been influenced with education and he may considered as bookworm. He was admired with the philosophical thoughts of Molana Jalal Uddin Roomi, Aristotle, and Socrates. He gone through the books and literature on Great Greek Civilization. He is highly influenced with his grandfather Dr. Rafi Ahmed Khan and other family members in matter of education specially the big Fuppa.
He is doing meditation to achieve the divine path, even though he is liberal in thought. He not only believing in humanity and helping hands to the poor and beggars, but doing charity and helping secretly to the poor.
Certainly, judiciary will see new chapter to be incorporate if the open minded liberal law abiding youths will capture the judiciary. Then justice to the aggrieved will not be a problem.
