'Sangbaaz' an honour in Kashmir.

Today is the 5^th Day of February every year on that day Pakistan and Azaad Kashmir observed ‘Kashmir Day’ or Kashmir Solidarity Day.  A national holiday observed in Pakistan and by Kashmiri nationalists on 5 February each year.

The day followed by public processions, special prayers in mosques for the liberation of Kashmir and protests that are carried out against the Indian oppression in Kashmir.  The practice of Kashmir day started in the year 1990 by Nawaz Sharief who was the leader of opposition in the Pakistan Parliament.

The Kashmir conflict is the basically conflict of division and transfer of territory land between India and Pakistan which is  unresolved issue since 1947.  Kashmir a majority Muslim dominated state wanted to join Pakistan in the year 1947 but King Maharaja Hari Singh was Hindu he prefers to sign the accession treaty with India.  Raja signed a legal document executed by him as a ruler of the Princely of State of Jammu and Kashmir on 26 October 1947.  He executed this document under the provision of Indian Independence Act and Indian Accession Act 1947 and as per the document signed Maharaja Hari Singh agreed to accede to the Dominion of India.

Like the present Government of King or Monarch, King Hari Singh also overlooked the legitimate demands of people of Kashmir and never thought about the sentiments and feeling of people of his own state what they want.

Present Government of India under the leadership of Modi who is projecting himself as the humble, saint, fakeer but in fact his approach and working is cruel even more than Hitler.  

On 5^th of February every year Kashmiri people across the globe observed the Kashmir day as the mark of tribute to all the innocents those who lost their lives in one sided firing of Indian Army over the protestors. Tribute to all 'Sangbaaz' those who lost their lives in freedom movement after 1947 in Kashmir. They observed Kashmir day as tribute and mark of respect to martyred Afzal Guru, Maqbool Bhat, Burhan Wani who prefer the guns instead of pen to redress the justice against the atrocities of Indian Army.

Modi Administration should think seriously on the issue of Kashmir, how many more Afzal, Mazbool and Burhan will have to see by Kashmir to be killed in very inhuman way.  No one after birth wants to become easy prey of Indian Army or Judiciary. But situation and circumstances forced them to become the victims of Indian Army, police or Judiciary.

Burhan Wani was also innocent school going boy who had ambitions to breaths in independent Kashmir.  But he becomes a poster boy of Jihadi group only because of the atrocities of Indian Security Personnel.  Indian securities arrested him along with his brother and friend Khalid when he was merely 14 years old.  Security forces beat them mercilessly upto when Khalid died due to third degree torture by the Indian Security Forces and his mutilated body handed over to the family members by the Indian army without assigning any reason of death.  Burhan shocked with the incident and he fled on 16^th October 2010 to join Jihadi group.

                                               

Indian Administration cannot supress the freedom movement of Kashmir through Guns.  Kashmir was not the integral part of India but it was the disputed territory and unresolved issue since 1947.

"Everyone knows that India is illegally occupying Kashmir. It is said the world over. Everybody accepts (it)," professor Nivedita Menon is seen telling a gathering of JNU students on February 22.”

Every movement have to sacrifice something, today freedom movement in Kashmir scarified warriors like Maqbool, Afzal and Burhan the people of Kashmir will breaths in Independent Air tomorrow.  If the sacrifice of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev can provide independent to India from British rule then how the sacrifice of Mazbool, Afzal and Burhan will go in vain.
