Kashmir is undergoing election process and today
on this 02nd day of December 2014 is the second phase of election in
Kashmir. Normally Media is highlighting the
issues which are not important for the people of Kashmir with an intention to
benefit the central government, though highlighting non useful issues unlikely
to benefit the BJP or the central Government in Kashmir. Indian media is projecting reason behind the
70% voting of first phase in Kashmir because people want change for development. Which may
partially correct but not fully acceptable, people of Kashmir want development,
but they did not want any type of change in the policy making for Kashmir. What
is the report I have; being the journalist, at least 80% people will support
the party who will fight for their rights and independence of Kashmir. They
will support the party who will repeal draconian law AFSPA from Kashmir. People of Kashmir believes that if every
member of the society will die or being killed by the security forces what is
the benefit of the development good roads, electricity and water.
In the same way BJP is not in the political fray
in Kashmir, as per media BJP would be second largest party after PDP. This information is misleading to the people
and not correct. Whatever information I
have BJP would remain on 3rd or 4th position in Kashmir
provided it will contest election with utmost honesty without unethical sources
or malpractice. Because BJP has got
history of winning election through malpractice and misconduct, same as it did
in Varanasi. Prime Ministerial candidate Modi was on the list of losing
candidates, but after senses the danger and humiliation of defeat 6 lakhs bogus
voting being cast in favour of Modi and he emerged in the list of winning
candidate. Now in Kashmir again BJP is waving the winds
in its favour with the help of media same as she did before the union election,
BJP is winning election through unethical resources but no one can even suspect
on BJP, if any one does BJP can give the explanation of media wave and reports that
BJP had wave and people wanted change so we won the election.
Basic demand of the people of Jammu and Kashmir
is development in independent Kashmir; their first demand is the
independence. Even most of the people of
Jammu basically Hindus are supporting for the independence of Jammu and
Kashmir. This fact has come in the knowledge of the undersigned during his last
visit to the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
But they are hesitating to speak freely in front of media and due to the
fear of implicating in sedition charges.
The data is surprisingly opposite to the data of the Indian Media.
National parties like BJP, Congress will never care for the
sentiments of the people of Kashmir and even they don’t have any concern for
the cases of human rights in Kashmir. National
parties are busy in expanding their vote share and seats, but neglecting the
core issues of the people of Kashmir. Such
types of issues and cases are important for the regional parties like PDP or NC
and they can care for the people of Kashmir.
The biggest issue in Kashmir is safety for the citizens of the
Kashmir. Presence of Indian army feels
the people of Kashmir as they are confined in jail. Every moment Indian army doing atrocities
even they never hesitate to kill civilians on the name of insurgency.
In my article and letter “Who
will care and wipe these tears?????” addressed to all the
international community and Indian Government, I had asked some questions with Government
of India with respect to the controversial law AFSPA, and given the figure of
the causalities for the young blood by Indian Army. Modi Government is also moving on the path of
Congress with respect to the AFSPA and Modi not openly favoring to repeal the
controversial law from Kashmir and withdrawal of Army. Silence on the article 370 in valley but
openly speaking in Jammu to repeal special status to Kashmir. I had brought the incident of atrocities of
Indian Army over the civilians on my article “Kashmir;
“Valley of blood and sole of Kashmiri Muslims.”
Media created wave for BJP in Kashmir that it
will be second largest party is just the dirty sprout of BJP itself, BJP may manipulate
the election through unreasonable menace to become second or first party in
Kashmir. After result BJP will pacify
the rage of people stating that media itself predicted our win, which is not correct
BJP may gain 3rd or 4th position in Jammu and Kashmir
election according to my report and calculation. Manipulation and malpractice may give BJP more than absolute
majority.
