Dear
Sir,
It has
become a regular practice by the terrorists to kill innocent Muslims in Assam
so far at least 34 Muslims have been killed by the militants in Assam, but still
neither political parties nor Govt is taking any tough step to stop such types
of barbarism and speaking on the issue because the deceased are the Muslims. On the other hand if such types of situation
would have happened in Kashmir immediately Media, Army Govt would have taken
the cognisance and would have killed all the jihadis. Most of the time the innocent were killed by
the Army in Kashmir on the name of Jihadis, there are several cases which has
been proved that the person was not jihadi and during my visit to Kashmir I
have noticed with myself the atrocities of Army on the Kashmiri people.
Why there
is discrimination and feeling of hate with the people of Kashmir. If any Kashmiri come to other parts of India even
if he don’t have any link with any jihadi module but would be a part of suspicion
for police, administration and public. I
can remember the case of innocent Mulana of Haj House who had been arrested by
the police on the charges of harbouring Kashmiri jihadis. In court of law it is proved that those three
Kashmiri were not at all linked with any jihadi module and after a long legal
battle he has been discharged but Govt. of Maharashtra has moved upto Supreme
Court just to prove its case is genuine and the persons from Kashmir were
Jihadis.
I have
seen lack of such types of attitude of Govt, Administration and public with the
Hindus of Assam. Even if any Hindu who
is indeed terrorist and have come to any part of India people will never
suspect on him but on the other hand if any Kashmiri Muslim come to any part of
India and if he revels that he is from Kashmir, immediately people caught
attention. I had gone to the Kashmir and
stayed at least 10 days, during my interaction with the people of Kashmir it
has come in my knowledge that the people of Kashmir is facing trouble in Indian
states, police are harassing them only because of their identity, I can
remember the case of cricketer from Kashmir who has been humiliated in
Karnataka and his cricket kit was checked and he has been kept isolated from
other team members, because of his Kashmiri identity, later stage it is proved
that the cricketer don’t have any link with any jihadi module.
During my
visit to Kashmir and discussion with the brother of martyr Afzal Guru revels
that his brother have not been provided proper legal opportunities and he was
the victim of cast based identity which is very common in Indian politicians.
I have
visited remote areas of Kashmir where vehicle not allowed and I have to move
either by walk or by horse, but I have not seen any sign of militancy as the Military
and Indian Government alleged in its all the articles and publications and
report.
Indian public,
Government, Administration and police should understand their responsibility
and they should act sensibly. Their act
of discrimination from Kashmiri is against the constitution as well.
