Dear Sir,
In continuation
of my article “Modesty of Muslim Women is in danger in India.” dated
2/4/2013. At one hand NAVAL BAJAJ Additional
Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) Mumbai, issued office circulation to
keep strict vigil and keep an eye on Muslim Women one who put on veil (Burkha) and
at the other hand Mr. Pawar telling Ishrat was innocent. He asked his cadets to fight for the justice
for the innocent Muslims. Why this chameleon like attitude of Pawar,
how long Muslims will keep faith on the versions of these double standard
Politicians.
Government is
run by Congress-NCP combine in Maharashtra and such an absurd circular which is
an encroachment of police on the fundamental rights of women, is beyond
understanding. A letter No. ZAK/SG/CJI/PM-I/P-Ir/P-C/P-USA/PM-UK/MK/E/179
dated 02/04/2013 was written and
addressed to the international community as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court, immediately after the official
circular issued by the Additional Commissioner of Police Mumbai.

herewith Exhibit A is the Copy of
letter dated 2/4/2013 written to the international community and Supreme Court
of India.
Upon my letter
Hon’ble Registrar Supreme Court sent a letter No. 18702/SCI/PIL(E)/2013
dated 8th July 2013, stating that petition is at the scrutiny stage
and to be processed. Annexed herewith Exhibit
B is the Copy of letter dated 8/8/2013 written by Registrar Supreme Court.
Pawar’s party man R.R. Patil the Home Minister
of Maharashtra is the puppet of Shiv Sena but still, Pawar could not take any
action on Shiv Senik Home Minister of Maharashtra. How Muslims will relay on Pawar that he will
act sincerely. This is election time and
such types of statement of Pawar will prove to be hoax for the Muslims. If he is sincere enough remove the Shiv
Senik Home Minister R.R. Patil with immediate effect from the office as his
almost every orders appeased to the Shiv Sena.
Above said circular would have been issued taking him into
confidence. After long gape of 5 years
Pawar was remembered to the Muslims who had been arrested wrongly by the
communal ATS on the false charges of bomb blast at Malegaon, where he had gone
all these 5 years when innocent Muslims were faced atrocities with the
police.
Hindu press Samna violates the code and
conduct of Press council of India and resolution of UNO Charter 48/104, Article
1 which says “violence against women
means any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result
in, physical, sexual or psychological harm or suffering to women, including
threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether
occurring in public or in private life.”
It is prayed
1. Set aside such types of absurd circular to keep a
vigil on Muslim Women, which disturbed
their peace and the modesty of women is in danger.
2. Take action on NAVAL BAJAJ Additional Commissioner
of Police (Special Branch) if circular is issued without taking home department
into confidence.
3. Ban Hindu Press Samna for his provocative articles.
4. Take action on Prem Shukla editor of Hindu Samna
