a. Kashmir;
“Valley of blood and sole of Kashmiri Muslims”.
b. Kashmir
has become screams of innocent teenage girls and young blood.
Dear Sir,
Kashmir is the haven on the earth, cool breeze, and nice sights. But it
always gives hot winds to India. Indian
allegation about militancy in Kashmir has been turned down by the international
community. In fact, it was the freedom
movement, which has been given the name of militancy and freedom movement suppressed
by Indian Government through bullets.
The biggest democratic country of the world, but believes in Military
action on innocent protestors, who demand freedom or home rule. So called superpower of the 21st
Century, turned down the demands of the crores of Kahmiri people. A democratic head like Prime Minister behaves
like a Monarch.
Indian allegation that we have deputed army to fight with jihadis and destroy
their activities is proved to be false propaganda, because so far in two and
half decade jihadi activities are finished and no jihadi activities are reported
after 2008. Still Indian Army rested in Kashmir. Now the activities of Indian Army are like
the terrorists, who intentionally roaming in the civilian areas with full of
arms and ammunition. They terrified to
the citizens on the pretext of arrest under AFSPA.
Indian Parliament
passed the controversial law Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA),
on September 11, 1958. Firstly it was invoked
to the north east states of India Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya,
Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura. It was later extended intentionally to Jammu and
Kashmir as The Armed Forces (Jammu and Kashmir) Special Powers Act, 1990 in
July 1990. It conferred special powers
upon armed forces in what the act calls "disturbed areas" in the
states.
The global report pointed out that immunity for abuses committed by
security forces also continued, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir, the
northeast, and areas facing Maoist insurgency.
It
is prayed with international community and judicial authorities in India.
1.
Ask India to
liberate Kashmir immediately.
2.
Ask India to
remove her bases and demilitarize Kashmir, and returned the land which Indian
Army illegally grabbed in Kashmir.
3.
Depute
Islamic Army in Kashmir or
4.
Depute the
international Army or UNO forces in Kashmir.
5. Repeal the controversial law AFSPA from Kashmir Valley.
6. UNO should monitor the situation in Kashmir.
7. Any
other relief as the authorities deem fit and proper.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Zuber
