Dear Sir/Madam,
New year starts with killing of innocent in Kashmir. This time the role of Army played by CISF. On 2nd Jan. 2012 Altaf Ahmad Sood a 17 year old school going boy was murdered by CISF jawans firing. Sood was hit with two bullets one hit on his head and another one on his chest. Why Indian Government looking like a silence spectator and not taking any action on the communal CISF Jawans. There are several questions raised on the act of Central Industrial Security Force Jawans. I. Whether CISF is authorised to fire on the peaceful protestors. II. Who has given order for the firing on the demonstrators? Sack the officer concern who ordered for the firing. III. Why CISF has not used the rubber bullets as they are deputed in the civilian areas and not on the war zone. IV. Why CISF fired on chest and above chest. Why they have not fired on legs below abdomen.Certainly the intention of the communal jawans were malicious at the time of firing, they fired with an intention to kill the citizens. Take strict action on the CISF jawans who fired on the demonstrators and charge them U/A 302 of IPC. Do not let off them on legal immunity for their actions. Compensate the family members of Altaf Ahmad Sood’s in a proper manner, economically and morally. Appoint any member of the family in Central Reserve Police Force or any organisation run by the central government.
It is prayed
1. Pay proper compensation to the family member of the deceased.
2. Probe the entire matter with CBI.
3. Take strict action on the officer concerned who has orders for the firing.
4. Charge the jawans U/A 302 for murder.
5. Appoint any member of the family in central organisation.
