It is all rubbish to change the name of any historical old city or place. Every cities name is changing Bombay has become Mumbai, VT has become CST though there was nil contribution of Shivaji in the railways he used to travel on horses, basically railways was brought by the British people in India, due to their efforts Indians can travel in the trains nowadays. There was no wrong to keep the name of Mumbai station on the name of Queen Victoria, what is the contribution of Shivaji in the railways nothing, but under dictatorship & pressure of Shiv Sena then Railway Minister Mr. Suresh Kalmadi changed the name on Shivaji. Shivraj Singh has got no authority to change the name of a city; even he can’t change the name of his own son without his permission. How he can change the name of metropolitan city which is the identification of thousands people. If CM or PM really wanted to change something do change the communal mind of Indian people. Everything will remain same if the name of city will change, but country will change if the mentality of public will change.
