Dear Sir / Madam,
1. Involvement of the family members of ex. CJI Mr. K.G. Balakrishnan in various corruption and land scam which suspect on Mr. K.G. Balakrishnan’s hand in the corruption. In my referred letter I rightly observe that “He might have been lured economically”.
2. The involvement of ex. CJI in corruption should be quiz & initiated by Inquiry Committee. If found guilty action should be taken double than that of a common man. Because if top Judicial Authority of India is involved in corruption then it is matter of concerned for the common people. Because Judicial Authority knows the legal implications behind any crime.
3. It is the right time to quiz Mr. K.G. Balakrishnan hard on the charges of corruption, if found guilty he should be resigned from the post of Chairperson Human Rights Commission. And an action should be taken on him accordingly to law.
